  2. I am having the same problems as Meline. Very painful I literally feel like I want to vomit my pain is so bad, and my period (last month I was 2 weeks early) Since going Gluten Free I cannot predict when it will come HAAHA It does keep coming early... Good luck!! lovelove sickchick

  8. Ok Loves, In December I started doing a Kundalini Yoga DVD (with Gurmukh). On the days I do the yoga, I do NOT get diahhrea, and my brain works better than ever. (bye-bye brain fog) Just wanted to share in case anyone wants to try it! I don't do the entire DVD (I don't have the energy) but I DO do the 'Awakening' and the 2 Meditations at the end...
  9. I got the flu 3 days ago. I don't get it any worse than before... I don't pick up illness any easier. Just take the same care as you did before and don't panic HAHAHHA lovelove sickchick
  10. Tht happened to me when I took the 50! Try and get a lower dose for daily use. I was taking a theraputic amount when I first went Gluten Free in 2007. And over about 6 months I noticed my body really starting to heal! But just for daily use- see if you can find the 6 bil lovelove
  11. Sounds like you have Adrenal Exhaustion. I have it- the brain fog is horrible. Do you get super tired @ 2 pm? Do you crave salt? Do you have dark circles under your eyes?
  12. The probiotics I use are called "Renew Life, Florasmart" I take 6 bil a day- I absolutely love the strains she uses in her probiotics. They are allergen free- dairy free. I pay 15.95 for a 30-day supply. You can get them @ Super Supplements. As far as enzymes- I eat fresh pineapples and papaya! Good luck!!! sickchick

  21. WOW Takala!! I can't digest dairy at all- so the yogurt is out. It turns to a lump in my gut. ALL dairy. Since I went Gluten Free a few years ago. No nightshades, either so I can't have tomato. I DO eat a lot of fruits- they always make me feel better (SCD diet or no) fruits make me feel so much better than veggies- I have a rough time digesting veggies...
