  1. From what I have heard everyone who got it had normal flu symptoms, nothing exaggerated. (Last year I got the flu after I had only been gluten free for about 6 months and it got me bad -I fainted when I was getting up to vomit and pushed open my bathroom door and then landed on the floor with my head in the waste basket, but this year I am feeling healthier...

  5. You know, Ken, I have noticed over the last year&1/2 I have noticed yeast sensitivities(when I eat bread esp) I get all bloated for like 24 hours... I have unofficially given up bread since 4/20 when I quit rice & rice-based flours bread etc this is even when I am eating a responsible amount of probiotics etc... hope you get it all squared...
  6. I am so sorry about your Diabetes, Ken. My Sister was just diagnosed literally last week. Tropical fruit ALWAYS makes me feel better!!! Did you have to take a retarded amout of Antibiotics when you had the Pneumonia? How did you recover after all that? glad to be back (or did I say that already... I was feeling really "off"...

  11. Been gluten free for almost 2 years now. Ok I don't know what to do whenever I eat rice pastas they turn to bricks in my system. I am not kidding. I eat 6 bil organisms of probiotis a day.. I thought the brown rice was a whole grain pasta? (I eat Tinkyada) Last night I cooked it with a sauce I made with coconut milk, broth and butternut squash...
  12. I have found Golden Yams to be less sweet than Sweet Potatoes, I mash them w, roasted garlic, coconut milk & chicken broth MMM I still can't find an alternative for good old Tomato Sauce.   24. It takes most 2- 2 1/2 years to feel better. I have been gluten free since Oct 2007 and am not feeling much better! hang in there toots!
