  2. See I am the opposite- I never got migraines or PMS and I went Gluten Free in 2007 and I'm a hot mess HAHAHA I get cramps so bad I feel like kicking someone. I am so sweet and kind and it's just been crazy HAHAHAHA I have not found anything that helps... Good luck Ladies
  3. Hi Shauna!!! I have been making almond flour pancakes and they are delicious!! I put a sprinkle of ginger in the batter!   4. I have sea salt and kosher- I keep kosher in a small pinch put so it's easy to grab when I am cooking... I have fine sea salt so it's up in the cupboard, and I need to break it out and use it HAHAHAHA I wonder why you can't tolerate kosher salt! Happy 4th Mari!   6. WOW- how depressing- I have never had problems being glutened by masa. I LOVE Masa!!! So much that last week I developed an intolerance and had to quit eating corn. HAHAHA There's always something Hope you figure it out Sweetie!

I used to have to have a lot of bloodwork done (I was diagnosed with Eptein-Barr @ 15). It was hard at first but after I got used to it I was a trooper. Think about all the gluten free cookies you get to eat after lol be well...

I bought both of these on the advice of my dietician.
  11. It's been almost 3 years for me and I still feel the same way-and I wake up starving in the middle of the night. Psyllium helps... a little bit. Keeps your belly feeling full. Good luck! xxoo

  13. I have been gluten free since Oct 2007. Went Dairy & Soy free Dec. 2007. Carageenan free. Nightshade free Mar. 2008. Developed rice and tapioca intolerances (this year), and now I have developed a corn intolerance. If I rotate my grains every day will this stop happening? Thanks, I am not happy. lovelove sickchick
  14. I take 3 sublingual b-12's every morning (all together) I buy the 2500 mcgs. I have been gluten free for 3 years in Oct? (yeah... Oct) lol still tired all the time. GOOD LUCK!!!

  20. I began having hair 'shedding' in summer 2006. I wasn't diagnosed until Oct 2007. For me, I have scalp pain, sensitivity and hairloss. I had very thick hair and I have 1/4 of the hair I had. getting thin. I also have cracks in the corners of my mouth (iron deficiency) so I think iron is a contributing factor for sure.   21. Yes you need to stick with raw and organic. Also, some companies offer "vigin" and "extra virgin" these make no difference- they borrowed the term from the olive oil industry. They are exactly the same.
