Normally I wear several layers of both matte and intensive foundation, but today I kinda ran out of time to put my makeup on before I went to Dagorhir practice (read: lots of running around and sweating in the humid heat). I buffed on two layers...

    Problem has now been solved! :D And they not only refunded me for my mistake, they refunded me both the payments and are sending me the makeup free! Looks like I just must repay the company for such excellent customer service by putting that money right back into it! Right???

    My second order came in! I can't wait to experiment. My summer foundation shade is Ivory. I just emailed EDM about my problem... hopefully this will be resolved by Monday or Tuesday.

    Also no news here. Well, other than that I saw my naturopath and she informed me that I needed to get off the antibiotics asap because they were "tearing my gut apart". Unfortunately my Mom was in the room with her... and she's taken that very much to heart. She's not discontinuing with the LLMD, thankfully, but she's getting into the alternative treatments...

    I accidentally ordered my order twice. And I need new summer foundation (who'd've thought with how little time I spend outside? )... and a new brush. Hm... I'm thinkin' I'm gonna be ordering again no matter what.

    I just placed my new order! :D I can't quite remember just what I ordered, though. I know I got at least one lip gloss. I also found out that using a slightly wet makeup brush and "blotting" with it helps the powder go over a creamy goop (like hydrocortisone cream) better.

    AH!!! I was planning on putting off buying my makeup for a while... but 20% off? Must buy! Must buy! Kassandra, I love the LHK, I can't use the FTB anymore since it irritates my skin (and I've got one unused one... should probably put it up on the swap board) and I'm definitely going to be buying another LHK. I like using a big brush to apply blush...

    Nope, I could see the sample boxes just fine... just nothing above them (other than the lettering and that black horizontal line that popped up during the last few). It was really frustrating, though.

    Julie, yay for progress with the foods and less inflammation!!!! :D Rachel, I couldn't see any bars at all. Nothing. It just looked like white screen to me, well, except for the colored "fireworks" dancing across the screen. And we had inverted scores... I only got 12 right overall. Paula, I know this really isn't what you want to hear....

    Actually, Julie, it seems that the makeup helps the flares. Which is at least one good thing. I can't use the flat-top brush, though, since it seems to irritate my skin. I'm still trying to find a balance... and I'm definitely going to be getting some of that rice powder. My finances are all in order now, so now I have no reason not to order!
