Hello in the past there were times when I would have a BM and they would be thin, floating and have a particular odor (sorry for the graphic detail) - i was never able to tell if this is caused by gluten or something else. Anyway, ive been taking some antibiotics which do not have gluten ingredients and ive noticed that my stools have had those characteristics...

I planned a business trip so that I can make my final stop in Asheville, NC and eat at a great restaurant that is completely gluten free - WELL, they are closed for dinner on Wed night SO...I will be eating the same thing I ate the past 3 nights...canned salmon, spinach and a microwaved sweet potato..such a f'n wonderful life I have

I need to find a chewing gum that is free of xylitol, aspartame and of course gluten - is there anything out there? ive been reacting to xylitol and aspartame and its in most gums but i need to have something in my mouth to keep it moist while im talking because i get dry mouth very easily. Any suggestions?

  16. Thats strange- what could cause the false positive? I would be horrified if I got a positive result..now i have to wait 10 days
  17. I had some blood work done a few months ago and my ALT enzyme was elevated (52 with 40 being the cutoff). I got retested and now its 117 and my AST is now high as well (53) My doctor isnt too worried and actually did a hepatitis panel today just to rule that out. Im not in the risk group for Hep C and have been vaccinated against hep b - he really wants...

  20. all i eat is chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, quinoa, green beans, olives, avocados, rice cakes, yellow squash and pecans. I feel like im sensitive to 90% of the foods out there and am worried about developing new allergies, so ive been limiting myself to the same stuff and its making me miserable. im also trying to watch carbs and sugar cause of candida...
  21. My concern is cross contamination- for example I called Solaray and they said there are no gluten ingredients added to their supplements but they couldnt specify the processing conditions.

I used to buy food frequently from the Whole Foods hot bar and prepared food section until I found out that there is a chance the food can be CC'd with gluten even though there are no gluten ingredients listed. So I stopped, which has made traveling extremely difficult...now im microwaving fish, spinach and potatoes in my hotel room which is horrible, but...
