    So I found out that I have significant intestinal candida & bacterial overgrowth and am on a non sugar/no carb diet and am about to start taking Symbion (which is comparable to ThreeLac); problem is whenever I take probiotics they really constipate me (im currently taking S.boulardi, l.sporogenes and Thera-Biotic Complete and they are constipating me...

    I was loosing some but since i quit cold turkey it seems to be filling in a bit. I am also using an anti DHT shampoo

    No problems really? I dont either, but I called the company and they said they cant guarantee theres no cross contamination. its my absolute favorite so i really dont wanna cut it out

    Im assuming its safe to walk into a chinese restaurant and order steamed chicken with vegetables and rice without getting into the whole celiac monologue, but wanted to check here first. Has anyone had a negative experience?

    I agree about the colonoscopy, but not so sure bout the endo. my doc wants to do periodic stool tests..u can actually tell a lot more from them than an endo, so thats what i plan on doing and i think everyone should as well

    wait i'm confused- so even after going gluten-free she thinks an endoscopy is still necessary every 5-6 yrs? i dont know if thats necessary and im sure people dont want to be subjected to that procedure on an ongoing basis

    I contacted the company and there is tons of scientific evidence which says its fine and millions use it w/ no problems. I also heard that a disgruntled former employee started spreading rumors all over the web after she got fired. i ordered some and am gonna try it, but will start off very slowly

    I just read a bunch of reviews on 3Lac and im seeing that this product actually contains pathogenic bacteria has made people very sick, so now im reluctant to try even though i ordered some. anyone know why this product is considered safe by the makers?

    Im considering trying this product since I have some candida overgrowth. some of the ingredient labels say it contains casein but others dont. im severely dairy intolerant (even the lactose filler in a med will give me problems) - would this be safe? also is it gluten free? Thanks

    I know, I know...im a bit high strung and always overreact. Only kidding about the gun comment, but sometimes i just feel like im at my wits end. i have been dating someone but i dont think i ever kissed her immediately after she ate wheat, so i dont think its that ;-)

    u dont understand...I rely on this place to survive! when i travel for work i dont have time to buy food there and prepare it myself and for 2 years ive been eating the food at the hot bar thinking that it was fine. im honestly at the point where i just dont give a s hit..i cant restrict myself so much that I have no life. this is becoming absurd? i know...

    This is nuts- Whole Foods is the ONLY reason I haven't completely lost my mind. Its my only salvation when I travel..and now they're saying this -- maybe this is why my gluten antibodies are still high. Im gonna put a gun in my mouth i swear!!     Acidophilus alone wont do the trick. im on a specific regimen now which includes multiple probiotics, S. boulardii, anti yeast supplements and a low carb/no sugar diet
