Rebecca most doctors believe that you have to be positve for mono for the virus to make you feel rotten, my heart doctor explained it as the gray area of medicine and that doctors are split on their thinking of it. Lyme Disease is very misunderstood by most doctors some of the tests they use are not accurate, and some of the treatment and lenght of treatment...

I have been reading about Udis and it seems like it is all totaly gluten free . I did try a Udi's blueberry muffin and all was fine.
  12. I wondered if the very sensitive people to small amounts of gluten could list a few products that they know are safe and thye have no problem with . Like I am wondering what brand of baking cocoa people use, or brands of cookies etc that you know are safe. I am to the point of being scared to try new things.
  13. They shouldn't beable to label gluten-free unless its really gluten-free! I think I need to make a list of things as I read that the super sensitive people do not seem to have problems with, tired of wasting money and real tired of getting sick from things that should be safe. So any suggestions from the all who are really sensitive on what brands seem safe...

Hi yep two years was in the mono stage for a little over a year but they found out I also had Lyme so that did not help things, but I do know many people who are dealing with ebv for many years but do not worry as many people get over it much faster. At the time I took lysine I drank a whey protein drink which was very high in it but now would not beable...
