  1. Larry, Thanks for the input and keep eyes and ears open for any new developments. I'm not stuck on the theory of Bt but just wanted to make people aware and keep a heads up just in case. The potential of Bt, if true, can be devastating. ML
  2. blue eyed manda, I agree that the weather is really getting crazy over the past few years. Probably not a good thing and I'm sure it should factor in somehow. The biggest bee keepers winter their hives down in florida and then when the season begins for the farmers they bring them up by truck and place the hives next to the fields that are in bloom....
  3. Hi Larry, I agree Larry and over the last couple of years, they have said weakened immune system and attacked by mites, virus, bacteria, fungus, etc. But this was the first time I saw anyone mention the Bt thing. Unfortunately, more and more bees are being affected each year and some bee keepers are going out of business. I think it is odd too that...
  4. Larry, I'm not aware of any books being offered by the Bt links. Those were pure articles on those threads and links to different independent sources. .... If you are referring to the fungus link that came later in the thread, the people strayed a bit (as happens often), into fungus and mycotoxins. The Bt links were not selling any books. Sorry...
  5. Hi kali, Prune juice is terrible! This may take a little time but try eating 5 black olives at every meal. It is gentle and will help move things along. It may take a week to get the intestines retrained. In the mean time, you may have to use a fleet or two or stool softeners over the counter immediate help. ML
  6. Lisa, Because they do not have an answer, they blame you and make you feel stupid and nuts. It has happened to most of us and that is why we have taken things into our own hands!! I've heard that the further east you are in Ca the better the health care.... ?? I don't know if that is true but I have one friend that was in Vancouver and she could never...
  7. Hi Lisa, What I mean was if you have water retention in that area where you have the pain. Like an inner tube of sorts around the lower abdomen? One can have water retention in areas where there is fungus because the body is trying to dilute the toxins as best it can to protect vital organs. The rest of the body is thin like arms and legs, neck, etc....
  8. lizard, I thought that was interesting that even blind people get motion sickness. That kinda rules out the vision thing a bit.... ML
  9. Back in the 90s when Bt corn first came on the market, the pollen that fell on the milkweed plant single handedly almost wiped out the monarch butterfly population. The monarch is the "red flag" species considered to have possible effects on humans long term. I have posted the story of Bt corn on a thread on the old YC. I'll put the link here for you...
  10. I've always wondered why tylenol 8 hour and ginger seemed to work. Both help with inflammation. Could it be that our brains are inflammed for some reason? Fungus? Does wheat glutton cause inflammation in the brain as well as other areas of the body? ML
  11. Lisa, To have a pain like that for 2 years is not right at all. You obviously have something going on there. It could be that something is on the outside of the intestines but still inside the body cavity. Endometrial tissue can cause terrible problems in the body cavity and it tends to cycle. I would think a CAT scan could reveal if there is extra tissue...
  12. Hello everyone, I've been off corn for 10 years now. Back in the 80s it was a problem that farmers were having with corn being universally contaminated with mold and mycotoxins. People that already have immune system problems will get worse when eating any kind of corn. In the 90s I found out about the gene splicing to corn to kill off the pests...
  13. Lisa, Have you had your appendix checked? ML
  14. Ken, This is what I think I'm finding out... I'm glad to hear that you also have noticed a change in this condition when going non gluten. No one that I can find is doing research on this. Guhlia, I never did get over nauseated but felt the grogginess that you describe and just a sick like feeling in the brain/head that made one not want to do...
  15. Scotty, I've heard some recommend 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon measured at each meal for appetite suppressant purposes. I always go easy on that stuff just in case. I've done 1/2 t. at one meal a day. ML
  16. Just out of curiousity I was wondering how many people with celiac problems also get car sick or motion sick? It seems like quite a response. It may be more than this as Julie suggested that maybe other things too. I can't seem to find anything in terms of research on this as to the cause..... I was given dramamine once and I slept through the whole...
  17. Hi Julie and others, I'm going to keep testing this with long rides and not driving. Sitting in front and in back. Since no one seems to know why some people get this and others do not, it must be multifactoral! I know that my family members have fungus and heavy metals and have done nothing about it but never get car sick. I may have had this celiac...
  18. Julie, I think maybe you have hit on it. I've been anti candida for 8 years and heavy metal detoxing for 2 years and just recently the non gluten thing. Maybe 3 is the charm this time! Moldlady
  19. Oh HAK you made me laugh LOL  What is the scenic route for some is a nightmare for others. No one else in my family ever got car sick so they always took the scenic route and I was sick for sometimes days after arrival. I would have loved to enjoy like the rest but instead I was trying to lay down and not be sick the whole time. ML
  20. I've had car and travel sickness all my life. I've been off glutens for 5 weeks now and starting on my 6th week. Today I noticed for the first time while traveling I did not feel sick. Is there a connection? moldlady
  21. Ken, I can give you a link for my last series on a thread of the old YC. Read the whole thread starting at page one to see all the questions and answers and additions. Some are convinced and some are not. I just recently heard that Billy G. has been in this hospital for months now and they just keep giving him blood as they cannot figure out why his...
  22. Hi Nyxie, Because I'm the moldlady I would say that anything fermented with mold is a no go. I had some once not knowing, about 15 years ago and got really really sick. Travel at your own risk.... Moldlady
  23. Hi Lisa, If you stay away from what feeds the fungus/yeast and gluten free, yes the antifungals should work. But if they do not, you may have some heavy metal issues. Many variables to consider and it is difficult but keep trying. ML
  24. We had clear skies and very very cold but watched it all through our sky lights. Wonderful. I love that rusty red color! ML
  25. Hi Barbara, Corn is gluten free. But it is universally impregnated with mold that produces mycotoxins. And, most of the corn now is contaminated with the Bt gene that was originally intended only for animal feed. I was thinking of posting the evidence here at some point.... to warn those of the terrible things that can happen from eating too much corn...
