Best tip I ever got was to buy all your favorite gluten-free products on Amazon and have them shipped to the hotel. I wish I had done that in the past.

The gfregistry also lets you search that database on your mobile phone and you can download points of interest files for your GPS system. very cool Loving that there is more awareness.

Hi, There is a free website that lists restaurants in the US that offer gluten free menus. check out gfregistry.com I heard they are even going to roll out a mobile phone version. I will have to check on that.

I agree to the pack your own food! I fly a lot and upgrade to first class often, but they won't give me a gluten-free meal. I even bought first class tickets over the Christmas holiday when I was flying and they wouldn't let me order a gluten-free meal.
