I can't have all the things u can't, except eggs are ok for me. But I also can't have vinegar, which knocks out all condiments. And no sweeteners, dairy (casein bad for me, not so much...

    I was surprised while reading this recent article on AT-1001. https://www.celiac.com/st_prod.html?p_prodid=1514 To me, it's very clear that the drug treats leaky-gut, not celiac. The only way they can be thought of as clinically equivalent is if it were 100% IMPOSSIBLE to have ANY adverse effect from celiac while the intestinal wall's permeability...

    I found it appalling when I started gluten-free that ppl were charging so much for basic info. Maybe I spent more time researching but, to me, it was the principle.
