    Neither coffee nor almond milk is good for yeast overgrowth . .. . ..wait . . .. . I'm still not sure if you have that. I know the mold allergy, but unsure if it's alone or caused by candida/yeast. Anyway - if candida, coffee kills good bacteria, but almond milk has a sweetener which feeds the yeast and makes symptoms quickly. In my experience anyway...
