    Arrrgh I thought I had a YES, but it appears Udi's has changed the Plain Bagel for good. They changed from a Plain that was using sunflower oil to the new "soft&chewy" version which lists "veg oil: canola or blahblah". I can't have canola w/out getting dizzy, though I'm not sure what would happen if I had a lot, or even a little daily or frequently...

    And it's probably awesome to note that, too! Sorry I don't really know about LF tests, but it's possible that 10 pts doesn't mean that much if the test's precision/repeatability isn't very high. That said . .. .it sure seems like a 10 pt drop from starting gluten-free/df should be significant. Happy gluten-free Thxgvg!

    I know that saying "life worth living" isn't hyperbole at all - many here were impacted to that magnitude by gluten, myself included. You may as well get tested asap, imho. Even if it's negative you might want to try all-out 100% gluten-free anyway to know more surely - lab results don't mean as much as 'quality of life' improvements you'd get if gluten...
