    That sounds backwards to me. Cutting out enough to find what *doesn't* bother you, what you can safely eat every day is very important imho. Then you figure out which bother you by adding one at a time.     Your biopsy samples need to be examined under a microscope. What's seen or not seen w/ the naked eye isn't enough to rule out Celiac Disease.
