  1. Oh Knickeigh, sadly & undeniably yes - ("hey I might bloody well need this someday!") But, I CAN say I'm less packratty than when I had a big ole 3BR condo to keep it all in. (in which to keep it all?) <tom wants his pre-celiac life back *sniff*> does size=1 do anything anymore?
  2. well played! And a hearty WELCOME to the silly thread!!
  3. Wonderfully sunny here! ahhhhhhhhhh .. . riiiiiiiiight . . .. . I spy w/ my little eye . .. . . Dingy here ~12:20p . .. . <but tom's not falling for THAT again!> Meanwhile, back at the fantastically located, but too small, apartment, I can let out a general purpose scream to be interpreted however one likes. In my...

Hmm I can't verify this, as I surf w/ a Sidekick, but doesn't this then make every other site's font too big? I haven't heard of a 'Save Settings by Domain' feature in a browser.
  5. And might I add a TENTH meaning - not sure how this word-math works . ...do we count by 5s? - BOOGIE, in these 50 states, and perhaps Territories, Protectorates et al, can mean to dance. "Boogie DOWN foxy laaaayyyyyday!!" Additionally, there's a form of home-grown American music known as boogie-woogie. Yes . .. I said 'woogie'. Do NOT confuse...
  6. AhhhhHAHAHAHAaaaaa!! <she said toastery fluids!> <AND portentious>
  7. All the Quinoa pasta I've seen has corn. By whatever the main Q-company is. Is it Ancient Harvest or similar? Can't quite recall since I've never bought it. Re: T-joe's rice pasta - it's cheaper than Tinky, at $2 instead of $3, but it's not cheap like regular pasta. It is nice to see them add different types tho. I think I've seen 4 now?
  8. No! I DON'T know! I can't keep up w/ etymo-shift-icalogicals at ALL! Your grammartarious co-Poohbah-ness remains thankfully intact. Is this a not-so-subtle comedic throwback to the toaster-poster topic? <oh .. .didn't think so .. . .. .never mind then>
  9. Oh I bet ya thought we'd all just fall in line and accept that Miss Grammar Co-Poohbah knows a word we don't, dintcha? Well, for the 4th time now, I had to look up a word, and to my complete and utter asTONishment, Susie's usage makes NO SENSE!! EXEGESIS: Scholarly or theological interpretation of the Bible. My natural inclination towards 'benefit...
  10. as if your prior glutenated self hasn't done the same!!!!
  11. Oh puh-leeeeeeeeeeeeeeze! At least you CAN use the QUOTE function to stack up multiple quotables! (Mine are done manually ) And .. . ..oh my you flatter me so. Truth is, I've been off my game since the days of Yeti Confetti poetry. Perfumed during drastic banking procedures; cleanser fumes from the crew deceptively making the old apt look like it had...
  12. Oh oh OH SARAH!! I don't even want to QUOTE your saucy silliness! Saucilliness? "REMOVED" eh? I was sure I'd read the Toaster-Poster had said "in me" not "ON me"!! (Jack swore he'd show up on time, or even come early, but was tardy again! The too-excitable Jill txt'd "Eek Jack u late".) <how'd that K get in there?>
  13. YAhOOOOOoooooooooooOOOOOOOO!! So happy for you!!! It's a lonely and precarious position to be hoping an Insurance company will do the right thing.
  14. What the .. . .??! I've had a grey theme for half the day now it's back to green? <and something I've been meaning to add for DAYS!!!!!!> AMANDA!! Nice wedding pix tho I don't see them too well on the sidekick. Thx for the link.
  15. Em you crack me up all the time, but w/ slow pageloads on a phone and my somewhat new "I have things to DO" impatience w/ same, I don't do the " reply" NEARly as often as the LOLs themselves.
  16. Well, Gnick, there is a BIT more to it. It does require being ready to fart, but an unsuspecting little one, when presented w/ a finger and an order/polite request to PULL said finger, WILL pull it, at which time the finger-pullee lets 'er rip. Guaranteed giggles at the right age. Then they learn to STOP PULLING THE FINGER! LOL @the toaster porn...
  17. AAAAAARGH!!!!! The inSANity!!!! Downright usurious it is! (hehe ) Just got back from the Downtown Farmer's Market. Even at my current slow amble, it's just ~5min walk. EVERYONE wants me to sample their freaking pastries, naan, cookies etc!!!!! Whaddaya say? I start w/ "I *WISH*!!", and say a bit more w/out going into detail...

I don't really care about the colors (other than wondering why it isn't a choice in 'board settings/options') but the smaller font is an issue for me and many others. Whatever the actual name of what we call "Avatar Caption", I think it IS mostly used as an Av Caption, and its relocation should be undone.
  19. Bah to the 'new look' forum!! Av captions don't even come up on the same SCREEN as the av now for me!! Awesome idea!! But I have too little faith in being able to edumacate the public when MDs are still so clueless. This one, near honeymoon-land btw, seems to think it's only a "disorder of malabsorption". <tom's quite sure his problems...
  20. ROFL (Yay Goosey!! ) Dingokid all OH-vah the language! (I'm trying to think of what age kids start spelling booger/bugar .. .) <shooger?>
  21. Here I am again . .. ..pages behind . .. .imagining my replies are still relevant .. . .. .but COME ON!! This was THIS morning!! I don't usually think I have a lot of clothes, but while packing it's like "wth am *I* doing w/ THIS many shirts!" (gah so many t-shirts) Ugh .. . . I've actually put my dresser INSIDE a closet cuz...
  22. Whoa, well hello Morgan! That "long time" of yours has to be since at least the end of May, when I joined this thread. Nice to "meet" you. Tho not a Sci-Fi fan in general, I've greatly enjoyed some Heinlein. Good stuff!
  23. I LOST 5-7yrs of my life by thinking this way for a few yrs, prior to the disease's more serious complications. A couple of those 'lost' yrs are, I'm 99% positive, . . . THE . . .. WORST . .. . THING .. .. I'LL . ..EVER . GO THROUGH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I could be a horrific burn victim tomorrow and next year I'll STILL say the celiac yrs were the worst...
  24. Yeah many get stable enough I suppose. I've run into a few amazing studies though, on putting schizophrenics on a gluten-free diet. Wish I had the link or the numbers, but one memorable point was that the docs themselves were flabbergasted that so many showed so much improvement. True in many or most cases, I admit. My own experience differs...
  25. Well . . . . I've read that the paperwork is a hassle, and the turnaround-time is a b!tch, but the option to launch the de-snubbing sequence is always in play. Now . .. . .more info needed . . .. gimme some details on how closely that forest of your'n (yes, pronounced 'urine') follows the famously Fundamentalist Islamic "heaven" of 72 Virgins. ...
