  1. Oh Daughter_of_TheSea!!!!!!! I'd think an artfully arranged variety would be purrrrrrrrrr-fect. (Yeti's are known to almost purr w/ the right under-chin scritch) But I must admit, I'd yield to the taste of someone more aesthetically inclined. Plenty o' Yeti to go around!!! P.S. Do you also have a bucket of shark's teeth? My dad used to live...
  2. Yikes I don't know about putting a ph # online in a totally public forum. Using the forum's PM (Private Message) feature is probably better for ph #s.
  3. OMG comPLETEly ROFL here at these!!! (yes . .. . .a touch of tears also) Emily & Jess have incapacitated meeeeeee! Way to start a subtopic Em!! <can i call u em?> I'm glad I'm not still at my coffeehouse. Earlier I'm sure some there had to think I was out of my mind, barely containing what could've been minutes of wild giggles. (Hey...

  5. To some it may seem, The point's the inseam, That measurement down to the ankle. But I must submit, In truth and to wit, The subject is that which does dangle.
  6. Holy Yeti Droppings my brain took a serious blow at the bank. A heavy perfuming It wasn't even MY teller, but a neighboring one who came over to help. I should've just left & driven the 4 or 5 mi to the Mesa branch. Wish I knew how long this'll last.

Yeti Confetti, that magical stuff. When poopy's froot...
  8. He can't read can he? Hmmmm I'll guess no, else he'd have posted by now. Soooooooo as long as no one read my Yeti recipe post to him, and a ladder is provided, I'll volunteer for all but the inseam measurement. <"what's that?"> Chuck seems to be showing some interest in filling the gap, so to speak.
  9. Uh-oh! I don't see it like everyone does on a pc. <scurries off to My Controls> Ok .. . . ..how's that?
  10. I actually laughed out loud just seeing 4 other names shown in the thread!! I think I finally almost got my Silly back, 6 days after having to sit in that battery acid fume cloud :nauseous: (trying for green guy in-post) :nausea: :puke:  :readytospew: :cookietosser: Grrrr I bet none work I'll take THE worst possible 100% Natural...
  11. the skydiving one was impressive too! And the steeplechase and the cartwheels. Nary a spilt drop.
  12. OK maybe I shouldn't bother .. . . .but it WAS a funny silly day! ROFL  So sayeth the Queen!! I always wonder what your fiance thinks of how far you can stretch a grocery dollar.
  13. Well, Light, looks like it's just me & you. I'm not disgusted by it, but it just usually seems too easy, humor-wise. LOL I *did* laugh at the CareBear's rainbow cloud fart tho. So if it's creative enough, I'll laugh, but most of the time I'm not particularly amused. It's just too EASY!! <next one to proffer a simple fart joke has to shampoo the...
  14. Whoa not so fast ya Silly Dingo!! <enlists Chuck to pry open the nearly-closed elevator doors of seriousness> <Chuck opens them w/ a hard stare> Perhaps your purpose is spreading the word on the oft-ignored gluten/mental health connection. You'd do it well. "Ok Chuck, we're done. Chuck? Look away Chuck! . . .do NOT melt the...
  15. I have to say it's almost certainly an intolerance or some other sort of problem w/ some other food or foods. I don't know what you currently eat, but one way to find out is to simplify your diet, leaving out processed foods & their list of a gazillion ingreds, and keep a food/symptom diary. It can then become a very simple exercise to discover...
  16. Oh you bunch of LUNATICS!!! Very much LMAO here, but no time yet to comment on such comment-worthy silliness. I've been popping in for brief respite from the serious threads, and from all the damned sorting/packing & running into reminders of things I'd rather not think about today. So I'm lovin' that practically every post is an LOL! Now...
  17. I believe you're talking about AT-1001, from a company (Alba Therapeutics) started by a U of Md Dr. It's in testing now. I was surprised to find that they're measuring its effectiveness with a test for the extent of permeability in leaky-gut. From what I've read, it's more a treatment for leaky-gut - both repair & prevention I believe - than something...
  18. Whoa! Great site!! I've occasionally thought of looking for such info. I've been off dairy for 3+ yrs and haven't been paticularly concerned about whether it's just casein or also lactose. Figured I might look into it someday. This is a good start. Thx for the link!
  19. I can't figure out why this comment makes me laugh this much OMG what a throwback! I haven't heard the word gasser in forever but in OUR house of 3 boys & a girl THAT's what they were called too. Dingy dingy .. . . . . I was quite sure you had just 2 brothers . .. . <uncomfortable confusion> (Gasser!! LOL I may have...
  20. ROFL! I SO love this one!! (dinosaurs heehee)
  21. Hi, Mine didn't go away until I finally found the "final" food intolerance, ~3.5 yrs after going 100% gluten-free. Do you keep a food/symptom diary? If not, you should start. And start looking for which other foods could be related to the bloating. It could be something hard to isolate, like the type of cooking oil. IMHO, the bloating WILL...
  22. Gah I coulda used some of the youtube laughs today. Oh well . . .next month I'll get the pc back online in SJ.
  23. <trying to type while holding my breath> But seriously, that's the kind of thing that varies widely, imho. It certainly depends on how much gluten over how many days and another clue may be how long it was until the symptoms showed. 1st day? 3rd? <hasty retreat w/ slow exhale> <gasp> (Been there)
  24. Not sure whether you mean in a PM or a post in a thread, but the answer's the same anyway. I've seen that when some of the code got messed up. For instance, in the 'closing tag' below, I left out the bracket from the end. [/quote Sometimes I'll inadvertantly wipe out a bracket or slash or something when quickly deleting parts I don't want...
  25. Ugh time to find a new doc. I had a similar experience w/ the head of gastro at Stanford. Bloodboilingly infuriating. I can't comment on what tests may or may not be worthwhile, but if he won't explain them, I'd get them elsewhere if needed. Hopefully you find a Dr who understands that your diet changes and effects ARE a test.
