    it sounds like your wife should be screened for celiac disease, is it possible for you to ask your doctor about that? I will assume that she is not gluten-free yet, but if she is note that she needs to keep eating gluten daily for at least 6 to 8 weeks before being screened for celiac disease.

    I also just wanted to mention that oats can be cross contaminated with wheat unless you buy certified gluten-free oats. and some celiacs react to oats in a similar way as they do gluten. I believe it’s some thing around 9% of celiac’s have an out intolerance.

    Welcome to the forum. I also wonder, were you gluten-free when you took the York test? What were the results? You do need to eat gluten daily until the celiac disease tests are completed.

    It's highly doubtful that Gatorade has gluten in it. How do you reach this conclusion? What ingredient in it would contain gluten?
