I've been doing it for years. In fact, I probably would have gone out of my mind with gas pain if I hadn't discovered that. I used to go into the boardroom after lunch and close the door and lay down on the floor and do it. Everyone knew to stay clear of the boardroom from 12:45 to 1:00 p.m.!!!!! Karen -

Awww, Lisa, sorry to hear you are still helium filled..... Try what I do. When I get bad gas, it is the kind that cuts my breath off if I try to breath ever so slightly..... I lay down on the floor and do postural positioning. By that, I mean lay down on the floor on your back for 3 minutes, rollover onto your right side with your arms above... -

It's quite easy. If you have a photo on your computer, just click on "edit avatar" and use your browse button to insert the photo there. If the photo is too large, then go to: Open Original Shared Link to adjust the size to fit within the avatar limits..... Karen -

Endometriosis is the reason I was told in my early 20's (see signature..)I had a 50/50 chance of ever conceiving a child because it was pretty bad - I have had a total of 3 laparoscopies..... Anyway, four children later, it just goes to show you not to listen to what the doctors say...... One thing that is interesting with endometriosis, is that quite... -

Sending hugs your way! I found this article - very good explanations and at the end, there is a toll free number to call if you have any questions....... Open Original Shared Link I sure as heck would be phoning and blasting the water company for the pathetic way they attempted to inform everyone. Hugs. Karen -

Hi guys. No villi present. Numerous ulcers in the stomach. He has started me on Losec for those and has taken biopsies including biopsying the ulcers to check for H Pylori. Will find out next week. I know I was a very, very bad girl today driving myself back. Terry is working with my brother this week and my sister was down in Ithaca taking... -

Well gee, let's see: I am nervous about my endo tomorrow, I have to be at the hospital for 7:00 a.m. and it is in downtown Toronto, and I am 1 1/2 hours away, which means I have to LEAVE at 5:30 by the latest... My dog has had diarrhea for two days now - got into something in the backyard (the neighbour has vines coming over the fence into our backyard... -

Your urine collection reminds me of the hell I went through last year doing the stool collection in a paint can! When the doctor said to me to collect everything in a paint can (which they so generously provide), I said "Ah, I think I need more than one paint can". He didn't believe me, but said to pick up two anyway. Sure enough, 24 hours later and 1 and... -

Fasting is a part of my life. Whenever I know I am going somewhere, the day before I have to fast. That way, there is nothing left in my system. Unfortunately, it doesn't do alot of good when you have a totally empty stomach and feel like you are going to pass out, but at least I can go out and actually make it to the bathroom in time. Usually, I only...

Okay, now I am really confused. To the best of my knowledge, this thread has been kept totally clean, both in the "suggestive" and "language" categories...... I am really getting fed up with someone taking offense to even the slightest suggestion of humour. Okay fine, if that's the way they want it, then as of this day, I will no longer mention the word... -
