    OMG Lynne! Your neighbour from hell beats my neighbour from hell! She a few cards short of a full deck! I am definitely thinking go the SPCA route.     Oh, my friend, I SO hear ya! It seems sometimes like it is like this MASSIVE maze that we are in and can't figure out how to maneuver through it..... That's how I feel, anyway....
