    I also Have been retested and my levels are in the normal range, but I don't feel like dealing with an itchy scalp, and breakouts all over my neck face and hairline from makeup and shampoos.     Restaurants can be very iffy. I rarely go out to eat now because you are taking a huge risk, unless they have gluten free menu and their staff are aware of cross contamination.
