Blessings replied to Blessings's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
Thank you guys for the encouragment and suggestions. I loved the ROTFIP. I have never heard it before. I just watched America's Funniest Home Videos and saw that most of them would be me on gluten. I just wish it would all go away. I probably won't cheat on purpose but it's just not fair to get accidentaly glutened and suffer for nothing... -

My dtr had him for a while due to crohns but they quit taking our ins. We've had 3 different GI offices in town and they are all great. 3 of us have GI issues. https://www.celiac.com/authors/45/Dr.-Scot-Lewey

ARCHIVED Possible Insurance Issue For Celiacs Disease?
Blessings replied to soon2beglutenfree's topic in Celiac Disease Pre-Diagnosis, Testing & Symptoms
If the gluten-free diet works, do it and don't worry about a diagnosis. What difference will it make? My Hubby sells ins and it is a pre existing disease, an autoimmmune disease. Your mom's diagnosed you know that you are having problems. If the diet works continue and pray you never have problems because you started the diet early. You have a long future... -

I constantly want to test to see if I will react. I usually have a reaction when we go out to eat. When I have been glutened it usually lasts about 2 weeks. When I mention that I want to eat something that's not legal all of my family yell NO! They like me better than the evil twin that comes out with gluten. It just doesn't click in my brain. Whenever...
