    Thank you, I'm glad, too. Here's another question. Do you know, if I can substitute Xanthan Gun for corn starch to thicken potatoe salad? I don't have corn starch anymore.     I found one of those "top secret" hotels on Travelocity. It's the Graceland Memphis Airport Hotel. They write on Travelocity, that this is only $32 dollars a night. What's the catch??? Are the taxes there higher? So there might be a higher tax on it, which wouldn't make it THAT cheap in the end?
