    HUGS! It will get easier. I'm still learning too. I can tell when my daughter is glutened because she gets very impulsive, very clingy and has diarrhea. But, she also has diarrhea when she eats dairy and orange juice. I just keep paying attention to what she's eaten when something goes wrong with her so I can see if it happens the next time....

    Hi, I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and if I'm remembering correctly, positive TPOAB is positive anti-thyroid antibiodies which means that you do have a thryoid autoimmune disease. My TSH is always low normal but my doc's supress it to help with symptoms. If my TSH stays closer to .9 I feel much better than if it gets over 1. The books that have helped...

    Interesting! My 6 yr old daughter started talking in her sleep after going gluten free too. She has since stopped after about the first month or month and a half. She's sleeping better too. I'm glad you are getting a better sleep! I hope your night talking dies down! Susan

    Hi! The thing that helped me was to realize I didn't have to limit it to breakfast items. My picky 6 yr old often eats Ian's fish sticks, Bell and Evans gluten-free chicken nuggets or gluten-free pasta for breakfast. Here's our list so far.     Hi, my daughter is 6 and is gluten intolerant and we are also trying casein and soy free for now.     I bought the 123 Gluten Free Brownie Mix. It was a huge success with my gluten free dd birthday girl but also all the kids at the party. It was very amazing!
