I was always told no, which is why I can only go by what my Naturopath was telling me, I have not heard of some of those tests you had done? is that thru a GP or allergist? I might have to look into them, who would you recommend I find? I do get symptoms of with...
  9. Hi I have been gluten free for one year, I try to also go dairy free and nightshade free, must admit to slip out couple of time but I do try. I have so many intolerances, I am wondering if the foods I am intolerant have a similar family or something or some reason behind it. These are the foods I am intolerant to, as well as been diagnosed Celiac...
  10. Thanks for the reply, I am not doing much whilst sick, just came across this a few posts and now curious if I could have leaky gut. Antibiotics are horrible. Unfortunately dairy is also out, missed that one of my list of intolerance's. I am taking a pre and pro biotic and zinc, C, and a few other supplements, hoping to try help as much as I can....
  11. How was leaky gut diagnosed? I am thinking I may also have Leaky gut. My Naturopath, never told me I had leaky gut, although she said I need to repair my gut so put me on a prebiotic mix, lectin control, and a digestive aid. In the first 6 months I had supplements to help my liver. She told me it could take a couple of years to help repair the gut lining...

  13. Thanks for the info, I might check out an osteopath, I am happy with the Naturopath although like you mentioned taking suppliments is not a way of life forever, my bank account cant handle that Has your osteopath advised that you will improve or its a lifelong thing to avoid those foods? Thanks Lisa
  14. How was you tested for other intolerances? Was is a blood test thru your doctor? I have multiple intolerances although this was thru elimination and my naturopath. I am taking lots of supplimenets from my naturopath to repair my gut and hopefully in time I should be able to tolerate more foods. Or so I am told!

Love to hear form anyone with Lectin intolerance. Thanks Lisa
  18. Hi I am wanting to have a few drinks but since been diagnosed with celiac disease I have gone very healthy a little obsessed I would say about eating the right foods and looking after my body to help with the recovery from the damage. I have only drank once in the last eight months and that was wine, I had a terrible headache and diarrhea the next...
  19. Wow this is interesting, its making me wonder if i have been accidentally gluten and not noticed, I have had days recently when I have felt like this and my anxiety just got worse for a week or so with no real reasoning behind it. I am usually quite careful but this has given me something to think about.
  20. My daughter has celiac disease and No short finger.
  21. Yep, mine is shorter, going to check my daughters too.
  22. Thanks for those link, I was curious if it was common with celiac disease. I had my gallbladder removed less than 2 years ago due to lots of large stones. Deep down I dont think they caused me any grief it was probably the celiac disease as my symptoms persisted after surgery which is how I was eventually diagnosed with celiac disease. Thanks...
  23. Just wondering if undiagnosed Celiac disease could cause gallstones? I had my gallbladder removed a couple of years back as they found gallstones and as I was having pain and issues with my stomach, obviously still didn't feel good after and finally was diagnosed with celiac 2 years later. Could this be the cause of my gallstones?
