  1. Nerves and insomnia for days on end. Boy does that sound very familiar. I've seen my share of both, and for me it also takes several days to get over it after ingesting some gluten. Something you may want to try to help with that if it happens again is eating some celery and a raw garlic clove. It has helped me through some long nights. Also a banana...
  2. I buy Dunkin Donuts coffee and use my keurig to make it. My favorite coffee drink.
