    Great advice for all of us trying to figure out what's going on and to live w/it! Dumb question.....what is nightshades?????? Alone w/the food mentoned, my dr. also said that sugar is quite bad.     I tried Ener-g egg free raisin load (cannot have diary, soy, gluten, egg) bad news. I bought 6 loaves on Amazon. Tried toasting ugh! Tried micro tiny bit better....I'm stuck..no returns! I had a blood test and it shows that I'm high Candida albicans Igg IS 348, (SHOULD BE 100 according to chart), but IgA is 87, IgM 95 (which are okay) Immune Complex 173 (should be 100)....any ideas????????
