  1. What a scream!!!!! I've never seen a cat fetch before! Both of these guys are adorable and funny! Thanks so much for sharing! You just made my day!
  2. You may wish to try So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverages. They're the only dairy-free "milk" I use, and they're really good. They also make coconut milk yogurt and coconut milk kefir. Both contain prebiotics and probiotics, which are very important for our digestive health.
  3. You can buy So Delicious in the shelf-stable aseptic cartons online at Open Original Shared Link
  4. Following are a few of my favorite dairy-free/soy-free alternatives. They all work great in recipes and taste delicious! Earth Balance Soy-Free Buttery Spread Dr. Cow's Tree Nut Cream Cheese So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverages, Coffee Creamer, Yogurt, Kefir, and Ice Cream (You can get some coupons here: Open Original Shared Link Daiya Vegan Mozzarella...

  8. I'm looking forward to trying Cybel Pascal's basic gluten-free flour mix. She used it on Martha Stewart yesterday to make this yummy-looking Classic Crumb Cake. She also included xanthan gum in the cake recipe, which can be found here: Open Original Shared Link Here's her flour recipe: Makes 6 cups * 4 cups superfine brown-rice flour * ...
  9. I haven't had any problem with any of the Purely Decadent soy or coconut milk flavors that I've tried. (Thank goodness, because they're so good!) All of their products are dairy-free and they have an allergen chart on their website that indicates which flavors contain gluten: http//turtlemountain.com/health/allergies.html It says the Peanut Butter Zig Zag...
