  1. Udi's is the best i have found....especially if you like thin crust! as far as pasta goes...if he likes amys mac n cheese...i would stick with a rice pasta....
  2. i wss glutoned by the candy cane kisses....so i would be very wary about the irish creme ones. a lot of candy and choc companies put gluten free on their packages but hershey's is not able to make that claim. i probably would give them away if i were you.

  9. I bought the candy cane kisses a week or so ago....and didn't think anything of it. Well I have had a huge contstant headache the last week....i broke out, and I am having digestive issues. I was trying to figure out where the gluten came from...but just figured it out!! The dang candy cane kisses!! So sad, because they were SO delicious!! ;0
  10. This is also the case for me. I very rarely get "d".....but every time I get "glutened"....i always get extremely bloated and have a case of the "c"... I got glutened last weekend...and am just now starting to get things rolling so to speak. i take probiotics, and drink aloe juice to help. but no matter what i do, it usually takes at least a couple of...
  11. I think it depends on how sensitive you are, I think I am on the more sensitive side....and so I cannot ingest gluten, or have it on my skin. If any shampoo, hair product, or lotion has any gluten in it, I will break out overnight. Which could be more of a wheat allergy symptom....all I know is that i have to stay away from anything to do with wheat/gluten...
