    I am one of those that has a problem with CORN. My seizures all started back with popcorn and after 3 time in 4 years I stopped popcorn. This wa before I know I had celiac disease.     I would like to ad an after thought... If you still don't believe the info about soy being bad. Please read LIVING WELL WITH AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE and another great book is AUTOIMMUNE CONNECTION. Both books have lots of wonderful information about celiac disease and both clearly state how BAD SOY is for those of us with celiac disease.
