  1. i use lactaid milk all the time i used the tablet still had a reaction but i tend to think its the gluten-free macaroni i seemed to react last time to it as well:(

Just curious i know in the begginning of the diet they say to steer clear of dairy so you can heal properly but it seems like noone here eats dairy atall.I want to know if theres any celiacs out there that successfully eat dairy without reaction and if so how long did it take to get to that point?? I made it threw my first gluten free thanksgiving:) my moms cooked everything for me a non stuffed turkey and gravy made with cornstarch which was amazing:) cranberry sauce my grandmother homemade stuffing which consists of potatoes,bacon,onions,peppers,eggs and our course she left out the breadcrumbs i should try gluten-free breadcrumbs next yr:) also greenbeans...

Hi all, Wanted to ask if it is normal while 2 months into the diet i was eating 3 meals a day and felt fine like fufilled:) now all of a sudden i am starting to get chocolate cravings and am sooo incredibly hungry all day for the past 2 days and i know it might be tmi but my stools arent as hard anymore they have gotten more normal and i go 2 or 3 times...

Im 2 months on the diet and the same thing happened to me,personally i think in the begginning since its still the healing stage you are going to react to proccessed gluten free foods.I would say try to stick to natural fruits, vegis, baked potatoes, egss if they go well with you and meats and give yourself some time to heal which could be months depending...

  21. thats soo weird you guys are talking about sickness when i was little i always got ear infections,i had the fifth disease as well and i have had chicken pox 2 times... i am now 27 and just diagnosed celiac after stomach problems they seem to think i just developed it by my biopsy but i beg to differ:)
  22. i had colic when i was a baby as well... and also had an intestinal virus and was hospitalized at 6 months i def think there is a connection btw i am 27 and just got diagnosed myself am struggling along the way but trying to get past this i def seem more sensitive since cutting out gluten:(
  23. thank you everyone this is seriously a pain in the butt if i avoid everything i "think" im reacting to i will have "nothing" to eat and im getting soo skinny cause i am starting to not even want to eat its soo frusterating i almost wish i never went gluten-free:(
