    I take Womens fitness tabs from www.MDR.com THey are amazing and free from almost everything. go on their website, they even have the fish oil tabs called pristinium. free from gluten, yeast, dairy, soy, and more. good luck.

    after going on that website, I was very impressed with their products. Thank you, for sharing your info..I have been searching for some gluten free makeup. I did get some from mineral fusion, however they are very expensive. I will let you know when they arrive, how they are!!!

    I put gluten free /vegan free lactose free becel margarine.. the bakery that I go to is strictly gluten free. the owner has celiac as well.

    How do I know if I can't have those things. I love cream in my coffee, could that be hurting me? W#hat about cheese...I love cheese and eat it everyday? do I need to give that up as well..I have no idea what casein is where it's found. I feel so overwhelmed, and frustrated because I keep ending up at the doctors office, and things get ruled out as anxiety...

    what were your symptoms with R.A? Lupus? I am in the process of getting tested, haven't got my results, but am very stressed out about it.

    I don't blame you, they say go gluten free. we do that and there are still problems...totally sucks..it is frustrating. I am still trying to find out what is causing my problems as well..I get anxiety everyday.and that is just the beginning..I hope you are feeling better!

    Thank you for getting back to me... Is soy lethicin and soy the same??? how do u know what else could cause reactions. This is just so frustrating...I hate the foggy head fuzzy eye feeling..I have children and I feel like I need to be 100% and I just dont feel that way. I don't know what else to do!!! who would of thought that something we have to ingest...

    Hello, can anyone tell me if they still felt symptoms after going gluten free? I startd getting my old symptoms back again...There were a few times that I did get contaminated, but for the most part I am very careful. I get numbness in my hands and feet, very sensitive to hot and cold. painful joints. My doc is checking me for a number of things. R. Arthritis...

    I would be careful of some gluten free vitamins out there, make sure you read all ingredients. I learned the hard way and got very sick from a vitamin. I am still on the hunt for a new vitamin. I am very interested in the new celiAct vitamin. www.celiact.com looks very interesting. good luck!

    Thank you keith for your respond...I try not to get frustrated. I would love for some of my family members to get tested as they have some of the symptoms. Sometimes I get an ignorant response as " don't jinks me with what you have" it frustrates me, because I know this originated from someone, I find it impossible that I am the only one, yet diagnosed that...

    I am sorry, but I hate new chapter...I felt great the first couple of days, but then it hit me...It took me 6 days to recover from them...there is definately something in there that did not agree with me...I would change if I were you!! apparently centrum materna is gluten free!

    HEy Lisa, that is awesome news!!!! you should be proud of yourself!!! we all know it is very hard to go gluten free!! not that I miss gluten, I actually prefer the gluten-free bread and pastas..it's the hidden gluten and the cross contamination that stresses me out...my wants to send me for bloodwork to see if anything impoved..I have not gone yet, cause...

    I was diagnosed in January 2011, for Celiac..Should my family get tested as well? parents? siblings? I am beginning to think that my dad has it as well. he is experiencing the same type of symptoms and was just told by his doctor (which is the same as mine family doctor) that he is vitamin b12 deficient...now wouldn't he put 2 and 2 together and think maybe...

    I have 3 children 5,3 and 1 year...I just found out I have celiac. All pregnancies were amazing..all 3 kids were healthy...mind you my last pregnancy was a little more difficult...just with the way I was feeling. I think it is because my celiac was very active during my 3rd. I think I started getting symptoms after my second daughter...

    Hey Lisa, was just on the GNC website...I know I am not crazy, and the guy did tell me that they contain barley grass.. anyhow I am on the website, and reading the ingredients ther is nothing about barley grass....gonna investigate fuurther...

    Hi Lisa, Well I am from Canada, and the bottle that I had here that was left over from before I had my kids..which did not expire yet. I took them out of my pantry and read the label that said gluten free..anyhow I was so excited, then I started reading the other ingredients, and it said barley grass with a %. anyhow I looked at my pocket dictionary...

    Check out www.fitnesstabs.com this looks really interesting, anyone take the MDR womens fitness tabs! I just ordered a 10 day supply to try...right now I am taking the VEGA whole food optimizer. vitamins and protein all in one!! dosent tast the greatest though!!
