  2. I have been strictly gluten free for almost two years and felt better from the start.
  3. I cannot tolerate any gluten. My husband on the other hand can eat anything he likes. I make my bread and he makes his bread. We share the same bread maker. I have never had a problem. We just wash out the basin as directed by the manufacturer. I hope this helps.

  11. Subway is the one thing I really miss. But as you say the environment would have to be really controlled for me to trust them. Even then I couldnt take the risk.

  16. I find dried fruit is great for a quick snack and is easy to carry around. Fantastic also make a range of rice crackers that are gluten free.
  17. Hi AussiePeg, the Goody Goody Gumdrops website has a section of gluten free lollies. They are delicious and completely Australian. I always use Fountains soy sauce and have never had a problem.
  18. Dont give up. My heart goes out to you. Im a super sensitive gluten intolerant. It is a whole lifestyle change but it is certainly worth it.
  19. In the bread maker I find The real bread mix to be good, but for a truly decadent experience I suggest you try Simply Wize Crusty Bread mix. You shape it into a cob and bake in the oven. Tastes like REAL bread (my husband who is not gluten intolerant loves it (and hes fussy).
