People assume that being gluten free must be very bland but it is not. There are so many gluten free products out there plus good wholesome natural foods. To start with it dose seem very overwhelming but I started with the... -
ARCHIVED Super-Sensitives--How Often Do You Get Glutened?
desert rose replied to GlutenFreeManna's topic in Super Sensitive People
I have been strictly gluten free for almost two years and felt better from the start. -
I cannot tolerate any gluten. My husband on the other hand can eat anything he likes. I make my bread and he makes his bread. We share the same bread maker. I have never had a problem. We just wash out the basin as directed by the manufacturer. I hope this helps.

(this I only realised in hindsight). This went on for four months. I actually began to think that I must have pancreatic cancer. Then my daughter was diagnosed... -

ARCHIVED Hello From Australia
desert rose replied to AussieAmanda's topic in Introduce Yourself / Share Stuff
In the bread maker I find The real bread mix to be good, but for a truly decadent experience I suggest you try Simply Wize Crusty Bread mix. You shape it into a cob and bake in the oven. Tastes like REAL bread (my husband who is not gluten intolerant loves it (and hes fussy). -
