Josh why so moody? are you angry ??? I guess theres not alot you can do but learn as much about this and your own symptoms...take whatever supliments and nutrision you can and wait to HEAL!!! Sometimes thats all you can do...It all depends on your own body..and what it's capable of!Only time will tell...Sorry .We tried to HELP...But we SHARED too...sort... -

You are so right!!! I was defineatly miss informed!!! I couldn't find the article I read...(sometimes I'll save the more informitive sites in my computerfolder under "health"...but when I googled CANNED TUNA ....besides the occasional soy that you mentioned ( and one canadian brand that was flavored with teriyaki) it seemed a very gluten free enviornment... -

I don't remember where I read that recently...it was on one of the gluten do's and don'ts lists I came across while googleing....but It was included under the catagory of "prossesed"meats....I think to keep it in one lump better? Totaly it was the dust.."GLUTENED!!!!" yeah and If that was canned tuna(?) I hear theres gluten in that! though I don't really understand why!?...but that tuna oil can really stick to your hands or cloths...(even after washing!!!!)(it's used as a binder...go figure!) -

Speaking of food...anoyher thing I've been doing lately (when I don't feel like eating what I made for everyone else...is to take sliced apples ,peaches and golden raisins and poach them in a little water,honey and cinimon till thier soft and slightly carmelized.... talk about comfort food!!! -

I agree with BEEBSs...negitive isn't allways negitive...especialy with us!! The twisted joints sound kinda suspicous...you might whant a second opinon on that one!!! ....at least do some more research! -

Glad you brought this up...I was hoping someone would! I bleed so heavey now that I litteraly "HEMORAGE" for one to two days!!!go through 1 super ob tampon every 15 min. to an hour....and sometimes its so bad and gloppy it looks like a miscarrage!!! (I can't gat pregnent...had my tubes tyed)...other crazy stuff too...like in March I went 2 months without... -

ALMOND BREEZE isn't like other almond milks...no soy! just almonds and water! and the vanilla tastes like wafflecones and vanilla icecream!!! With alittle honey(grate for healing all sorts of things - google Honey for healing)and a little almond breeze in my coffee i'm set!!! Also watch your tea bags....unless its stapled..its sealed with gluten!stamps... -

not rice dream I hope? look carefully at the ingreadients...Dairy free is CAESIN free too!!! alot of poeple THINK thier lactose intolerant (like I did)...but really its the CASEIN they're sensitive to!I heard RICR DREAM isn't entierly safe for intolerants...but I don't remember why exactly!? I think it was because it claimed one thing but really wasn't! -

I like slicing my yams(more orange and sweeter than sweet potatoes) and cooking them in boiling water till thier soft..I do the same with my carrots and brocolli in another pot. after I drain them and set them aside...I take a frying pan and some "earth balance" and a little olive oil (I heard recently that cocunut oil is better...higher heating point) and... -

On a lighter note...I read that "CHIPOLTE"resterant is compleatly gluten free(except for flour torrtillas-optional)...and will even change the gloves thier wearing if you ask!!! -

Yeah thats what I thought...but then when I read up on it, I foud that one of the main symptoms was swelling and a distinct reddness in the afending joint! I know with myself...(and it sounds like Josh is having the same problem....its more than juat the joints...AND I don't have any of the swelling...just all the other crazy symptoms!!!
