This is why I love this site....I am soooo not alone !!!LOL It's nice when you live in a world/house of perfectionists (non celiacs) to see other people make simular mistakes and have people who con relate....and not think your a blazing idiot...or that your just using your disease as an excuse because THEY think no one can be THAT stupid!!! BRAIN FOG...

  11. AMEN...THANKYOU...finally someone who understands what I'm saying!!! Also I'd like to point out that if you can SMELL it ,Gluten molicules are entering in through your NOSE!! so you don't nesasarily have to INGEST it to have interaction with your mucus membranes....which makes more sense than geting it in your mouth...just saying! But I still stand...

  19. I hear you about the sugar...Google "the health benifits of dates"! I have been eating dates....they are very sweet and satisfing...they heal the intestines..have lots of fiber...and are amazing for the intestinal tract...not to mention the vitemens and antioxidents! Not to mention NATUTAL...the key to a GOOD celiacs diet is staying away from PROSSESED...
  20. Just a reminder- Juice your greens yourself...the greendrinks in the stores(even the healthy ones) have gluten in them...their one of the few health drinks that do! Hang in there! (naked juice, green machine,,ect.,ect.)

Celiacs...

My local icecream man knows about it and so does the mail man! More food is avalible to us...
