  2. I tested negagitve via scratch test for milk alergy, and all foods we tested actaully.
  3. Hmm you know I gues I could try somthing like that in my cearl, dunno if we have that spefici brand or not, but there are lactose free milks that I have not tried. Gott be better that that soy stuff!
  4. I know its not humorus for your cat to suffer, but our obession with feeding CARNIVORS such as cats and dogs with VEGGIES AND GRAINS is pretty funny... Yea, cause you know that dogs in the wild narturaly grow carrots, wheat, and the like to have a nice salad with the animal they just killed. Yep, they do that right after they stop at the store for some barbaque...

But more seriously, get them to give you a copy of your blood test results, ether by Fax, mail, or you stopping by, what ever works out best. Then you can review all the details and make a better decsion about what they mean, and post here with any questions.

  16. We eat very few "specialtiy" gluten-free foods, most of our foods are mainstream due to cost. For the most part we have just eliminated the grain group. Our store brand, Kroger, makes a lot of foods that are safe, and much cheaper then what you see at Whole Foods/Wild Oats. Just can not beat cearl at $1.86 per box for example.   17. This is a great thread, I will be heading away in a few months, and the only internet access with an easy drive of where I will be (deep in the monutians) is a McDondals in a small town. I figure I will have to drive out there every morning to touch base with work. I might have to risk eating there since I ahve a real addiction to eating when arround food...
  18. In this case it says Modified CORN starch, so its safe. If it said Modified Food Starch you would need to check UNLESS its a company like Kraft, General Mills, and etc that will disclose any gluten sources right in thier ingreditents.

  21. Thye Silly Yaks Yahoo group puts one out. Its free to sign up, and that gets you access to all thier files. ITs a very extensive list that includes the actual gluten-free lists from each resturant mentioned. Open Original Shared Link
