Yopliat is gluten-free unless listed in the ingredients other wise, Stoney Fields farms is gluten free all flavors, Cascade is gluten free all flavors, Kroger Brand is gluten free all falvors, and so on. There are ALOT of companies that make safe yogurt, so I personaly wont by any Danon yogurt, or any company that wont state thier product is gluten-free....
  5. Frist off besides gluten, what other foods are off limits? Does she have access to a fridge or cooler or oven? I only have to aviod gluten currently and I brought to work apple, yogurt, banana, and a bag with varius lunch meat.

  7. Thats my understanding too. My wife has a DEADLY nut allergy. If there was a treatment... we would have tired it by now.

  10. Maybe so.. but when you deal with multiple intolercens/allergens at once (wife has nut, son has egg, gluten, etc) they are a great and easy choice.

  13. The facts as I know them... Oats naturally do NOT contain gluten. How ever the protein that IS in oats is very clsoely realted to gluten and SOME celiacs will have a gluten like reaction to them. The other problem is PURE oats are extremly hard to find at this time, and ALL celiacs will react to oats that are contimated with gluten, cause well...
  14. JUST made these. I have to say, they are not bad. I messed up a little with the ingreditents, so they were to sticky goey to make into prestle shape, so I made "bites" instead. Topped mine with cinamon and sugar, and they worked well. Put sea salt on some too, but the salt so over powered the prestle that it tasted like I was eating pure salt heh. They...

  16. I cant asnwer the question, becuase the right answer is not listed: "If I could find UNCONTIMATED oats I would try them." The primary problem with Oats is they are covered in gluten from wheat.

  19. Welp Stoneyfield is gluten-free, so thats all good... but it costs FIVE TIMES as much as the "cheap" stuff. Prbly gonna stick with the Yolplait. Did pick up 2 to try, from the only flavor my Kroger carries, strawberry.
