If you wait and go gluten-free first then at some point she will have to spend at least 3 months back on gluten to get the "offical" test results. If you think at any time you might want the offical test results, then NOW...

  17. I guess Im a nut case, I bought this one from walmart for $68 Open Original Shared Link heheh. BUT we are going on a long trip, over 2000 miles total driving, so ice and icepacks would have been a mess! But yes, we cart food for our son EVERYWHERE.
  18. I suggest you eat MORE protein and fat, and less carbs. Cut back on the "gluten-free" grains. Carbs do not stop making you feel hungry, instead they tend to actully make you feel hungry. Protien and Fat tend to cut back on the "feeling hungry". Keep a reasonable balance of course, but if your hungery all the time, your prbly not getting enough protein (meat...

With at toddler you dont have nearly as mcuh control over what goes in his mouth as all the experts tell you you have.... so we just provide an enviroment without any gluten to save us all some stress. Daddy's dont like changeing...
  21. As one of the few HUSBANDS that read threads like this, I am always tempted to scream at ppl that say stuff so harshly about men. I know none of it is meant to cause that reaction, but I wonder if you know how you sound? Most times I dont reply because I feel like I have to jump to the defense, and I do not want to cause a fight. Do not worry I am not mad...
  22. Alot of ppl have celiac disease like reactsions to MSG, so thats where I would put the blame. MSG is bad for everyone, but some ppl react and some ppl dont seem to. I have always avoided it, long before I ever heard of celiac disease.
