  1. Your not a loser! I don't see many celiac symptoms personally, but if you do have gets, perhaps bread and pasta is too much to handle on an acidic tummy. I suffer with acid problems as well. Even when I eat the gluten free bread and pasta I get indigestion so bad I feel like puking by guts out! Horrible... I actually feel like that right now. I get extremely...
  2. This might sound wrong but I enjoyed the anesthesia. It knocked me out and I went to sleep peacefully without having to worry about my stomach hurting. Woke up feeling relaxed and a little tired. Even though it was only a 30 minute sleep, if even, it felt great!
  3. My dad had his gall bladder removed and he says it made his symptoms worse. Definitely check into celiac testing. My blood test was false but biopsy and genetic testing (testing for the hereditary gene for celiacs) came back positive.
  4. Yea I think you really might consider Candida. It reacts strongly to yeast but just the same to sugar because sugar feeds yeast. Try going off sugar which is all breads, pasta (even gluten free bread and pasta) and many more. Stick to a raw diet. Don't eat alot of fruits. White patches on tongue are a major symptom of Candida. I had it worse though it was...
  5. I had a negative blood test but positive endoscopy. But the white patches on tongue sound like something I had called Candida. It feeds on sugar and yeast so that could also be why it feels worse after bread and cake. Foggy mind is also a HUGE symptoms. Painful sex could be from a severe yeast infection which also is a major symptom of Candida. It could be...
  6. I see an improvement on and off. But my nutritionist said she thinks because i have such a bad anxiety disorder and stressful life that my stomach isn't healing as fast as it could be. I can't tolerate corn, eggs, or alcohol
  7. maybe that vaccine is just for people who plainly just have an intolerance and not celiac disease. If your blood test is positive then that is a most definite yes due to the fact false positives are extremely rare. I wouldn't risk eating anything with gluten ever. The taste of food is extremely temporary once swallowed. But your body is important and can...
  8. Antibiotics is what triggered my stupid disease. I feel like crap constantly as well so I know how you feel. I had ulcerative colitis when I was younger so I can imagine the crohns pain and celiac sickness on top of it. I feel like my world is over because I can't finish school in this condition. To top it off I have an over hyper 3 year old. And when you...
  9. My genetic testing came back positive for carrying the genes. My blood work was negative. My biopsy showed damaged. He said it's possible for people to walk around with the genes and not have celiacs. He told me to try the gluten free diet to confirm and I been doing it since October 2011. I'm not getting this... Anyone else have results like mine?
  10. I haven't completely cut out gluten free processed foods or dairy and I been doing the gluten free diet and I still feel horrible. So maybe that's what you need to do to. I have been told my alot of people you can be sensitive to certain foods and that you have to eat alot of fresh foods for a month and then you can start adding in other stuff slowly....
  11. I really think it's corn because I just went to the movie theatre and ate some of their popcorn and now I feel extremely sick to my stomach and bloated in my intestines. I just get up and clean or do something to try and take my mind off it :/ horrible. But bright side, i found a premade, frozen gluten free pizza at whole foods i can't wait to buy when i...
  12. Ok thanks guys. It makes me feel better to know that I have can try and fix it with your suggestions rather than just sitting her and suffering without a clue. I think stress has alot to do with it too.
  13. Did your stomach ever have spasms? I've woken up with my stomach lurching like I'm throwing up but I'm not. Or I have woken up swallowing a little bit of vomit. Its horrible
  14. Thanks Avalon that's a great piece of advice. I will definitely try that! And the low stomach acid I will ask my doctor. Its confusing because I have acid and a sore throat when u wake up sometimes. Wouldn't that mean I have too much acid?
  15. I don't do too good with onions either. I'm on prilosec for too much stomach acid and I been addicted to pepto Bismol and it backs me up terribly and it feels horrible. I think it's alot of things. What about leaky gut? Could that be an issue with me as well? Alot of the time probiitics send me running to the bathroom and I usually thought that it's just...
  16. Yea those issues you have sound like gallbladder problems! I get them too! Well hopefully your doing better. I'm 21 so I know how much it probably sucked!! But if your endoscopy results came back negative it is possible you have a gluten intolerance. If there was no damaged villi, then it was all gallbladder problems. It can have really similar symptoms as...
  17. That's interesting I'll have to look into that. I can't tolerate popcorn, tortillas, raw corn, without getting a severe case of indigestion and flatulence and nausea. When i drink soda, same way. I was ok before but now lately, I'm extremely sensitive to everything! And i get scared because i don't know which symptoms are normal for celiac and which ones...
  18. Thanks guys. I been making homemade chicken and rice soup and I seem to feel better the next day. But anything other than rice and steamed vegetables and salad seem to make me feel horrible. I know I can't tolerate soy and dairy that well or eggs. Can people be intolerant to sugar? Candy and sweets make me feel really bad too.
  19. And I apologize with the bad grammar I'm writing on a phone.
  20. I been gluten free for since October. Every single day my stomach still hurts after eating. Could it possibly be anxiety? I can feel (internally, not with my hands) that when I lay down the bloating is right on top of my stomach so I'm guessing that's my intestines. I had a negative blood test, a positive endoscopy, and genetic testing came back that's I...
  21. Uh-oh..sorry to hear you aren't doing well. Having some up days and some down, seem par for the course? If your bad days outweigh the good..maybe you need to consider an additional intolerance..or maybe SIBO? I hope you get things sorted out..and take probiotics. They help.

  22. I been gluten free since October and I completely still feel like crap. I keep getting gastritis. I thought I'd at least be able to go back to school by now but some days I still can't move. I think stress and my anxiety disorder is not allowing my stomach to heal fully (that's what my nutritionist said) I think I have leaky gut too :\ I don't know what's...
  23. I have been following the gluten free diet for 3 months now but my stomach still gets horrible and nasty especially during stressful times. So 2 days I came up with a soup that soothed it after a week of seriously feeling like i was dying. I got 2 cans if swansons 100% natural chicken broth a frozen bag of broccoli and a bag of rice. I put the broth in a...
  24. Having some complications..still losing weight and growing weaker. They're sending me for more tests. Might be Whipple's Disease? I hope not!

  25. Haha this was funny! I kept trying to diagnose my little brother who has the same symptoms as me and as well has my mother. My mother is convinced its all anxiety but I think it's both. I was in several denial when I first found out and I still get like that. But I will always eat gluten free because I'm too chicken to risk hurting my belly!
