    Any thoughts? It's kind of a mute point now because I've already ordered the tests, but now I am having doubts about the money I spent on it. It says that it is ok to be gluten-free for the tests and they should still be accurate...do you think that's true? I have been struggling with this whole thing so much.     Tamara, Thanks for asking about Ella. She is doing much better and is definitely back on track. I am still not sure if she got a bug or some gluten though. I think we're still too new at this to know for sure. She seems to feel great now though! Sometimes her stools are still really mushy and gross. I'm not sure if they are just " her normal...

    Thanks for your replies. I couldn't find 1-800 numbers for either product, so I was just hoping someone would know. Ella has been gluten-free for a little over a month. She is SO much better for the most part, but I just wonder if she's still getting a little of something because her stools are still really gross and her tummy still looks a little distended...

    Ella starts her little 2 day a week preschool on Friday and I'm starting to get really nervous about her accidentally getting something she shouldn't. I have talked to the director and will meet with her teacher on Wed, but I am still just really scared.     I am wondering about Bath and Body Works Antibacterial Hand soaps and some lotions. Does anyone know if Bath and Body Works is generally gluten-free? Also, does anyone know about Wet Ones hand wipes? My daughter likes to play with my makeup and I am not sure it's safe. I haven't been able to figure those out by looking online...anyone know? Thanks again! Shannon

I use the loose cover girl powder and my daughter loves to pretend putting it on the the make-up brush. I hope she's not getting gluten all over her face! Thanks again, Shannon

    Does anyone know? I use Johnson's baby shampoo and Gerber Grins and Giggles, as well as Baby Magic baby wash. Also I use cover girl loose powder on my face and Ella plays with the brosh and puts it on her face...is that ok??? For some reason I never thought of all this stuff! We use Banana Boat Baby Magic Sunscreen....anyone know about that? ...

She hasn't had loose stools today, but is very moody and has been crying about eating all day. We have been on this diet for a month now and she was doing SO well and this just totally stinks.     I feel as though I'm goint to blame every thing that goes wrong with Ella on gluten!! She had been doing SO well on this diet (it's been almost a month now) and then yesterday she was acting really cranky and irritable. She did say her tummy hurt.     Thanks for the support and suggestions for playdough! You are right...having a supportive doctor is crucial with this! I seriously felt on top of the world leaving that appointment.     Well, we met with our new family doctor today (we switched the kids from their former pediatrician after all we've been through with Ella) and we LOVED her. Not only was she very nice and personable, she seemed knowledgable about celiac disease. She actually has an aunt who has celiac disease, although all of her blood tests were negative. I did call Ella's GI doc. and apparently he did run a Ttg but they just didn't send those results to me for some reason. She tested totally normal and therefore they do not believe she has celiac.     Thanks so much for your support, everyone. It is so helpful to come here and talk to people who actually know what they're talking about! I may take your thoughts with me when I meet with Ella's new ped. I guess that we will just assume that Ella has a gluten intolerence and forget further testing. I hope that doesn't become an issue in the future....

    I just thought of another thing. When I did call and talk to the doctor's nurse, she told me that Ella had "no levels" and she had never seen a child with Ella's results end up with celiac. She said that Ella did not have a "wheat allergy". What would that have to do with anything, and how could she determine a wheat allergy from those tests? I don...
