    I know that loss of enamel can be a symptom of celiac, but would it start to happen after 8 months gluten-free? My dd's two front teeth are looking sort of gray and you can see that the enamel is just going away or wearing down. she has definitely had some gluten accidents, but for the most part has been 100% gluten-free.     I just wanted to add that he has had quite a few more of the clay-colored stools and they have undigested food in them now including cheese and hotdog. I am assuming that this is due to gluten, but his dr. will probably want to test for giardia again.
