    Desperateladysaved, would you mind telling me what brand of supplements was safe for you (corn free)? I take some Kirkman Lab's but I am still looking for totally corn free B12. Vit C is not easy to find either.

    Thank you Squirmingitch and Kareng for your input! Yes I have been gluten free for several years. My rash appeared after about 2 years gluten free. Contrary to my eczema it always flares up when I eat gluten and sometimes when I eat something processed. Hopefully I'll end up figuring out what it is.     To respond to your question about corn, I didn't know I was intolerant until I took a food intolerance test. I know these are not always reliable, but in my case it was spot on. Corn is everywhere (think xanthan gum, citric acid, flavorings, preservatives etc.) so it's difficult to pin point a reaction to it. However, since I went corn free I have been feeling...

    My mom is gluten intolerant just like me and she cannot have coffee. She's intolerant to it. She has been gluten free for a while and every time she tries to add coffee back, she gets sick. So I think it's possible that you might be intolerant to it. I hope not!

    Thanks for sharing! I used to have these dreams too where you feel like you're falling. I would never have thought that gluten could affect my sleep like that before I went gluten free.

    Thanks notme! No, no soy in any of these things. I know what you mean about soy too, I get the same reaction to soy milk (tamari doesn't seem to bother me though).

    I am intolerant to gluten, corn and dairy. I don't know if it helps but I regularly eat out at indian, thai or vietnamese restaurants. Indian is a good pick because the dishes "normally" don't contain any wheat or corn and they often have vegan options (sometimes I ask to have meat added to a vegan spinach stew for example).     I am in the same boat. From what I've seen, it doesn't look like there's any that's truly corn free and gluten free. I am having the same problem with B12. Can't find any. We're trying to have a baby and so far I am only taking folic acid from Kirkman's Labs. I have no reaction to it so that's good. Let me know if you find any!

    Thanks for your input. I'm 99% positive it's the juice that got me (nothing new in my diet). Although it might be corn and not necessarily gluten contamination. I have had so many accidental glutenings with Trader Joe's products

    Has anyone ever reacted to it? Only ingredient listed is apples. But I am having a gluten-type reaction to it. I am also intolerant to corn so I don't know which one it is.

    It's definitely a learning curve. Thai and sushi are my go to food when I eat out Pad thai and curries are usually gluten free but I always ask and remind them about soy sauce. I avoid sauces that look gravy-ish or like it has been thickened (I am intolerant to corn too so I am being extra careful). As for sushi, I usually bring my own tamari (gluten free...

    Hi, I have never been in Senegal, but I've been to Nigeria I had no problem with gluten (not one glutening in 10 days). Most staple foods are naturally gluten free (rice, casava, yam, plantain, etc.).
