    Yeah....I cant have caffeine at all. I've avoided it completely for a few years now. I get all those symptoms you listed....thats why I dont touch it. My liver is dealing with alot of toxins from other issues...I cant handle stuff like caffeine, alcohol, chemicals, etc.

    I dont have a fountain in the pond....its a cascading waterfall. The water comes out from the top (cant see in pic) and spills over rocks into the pond. It keeps the water circulating.     Ahhh...you have a Toby the kitty and I have a Toby the turtle. Ceaser is on my lap too...well actually he was sleeping at my feet but after reading your post I had to snatch him up and snuggle him. He's not much of a snuggler though...he'll only last in my lap about 2 minutes.

    Yeah....my mom works with a woman who takes FMLA....for migraines. My mom says she gets paid though...from all that I've read I thought that FMLA is unpaid leave?? My Dr. was going to put me on FMLA....and I was not diagnosed with anything. I didnt have a diagnosis for the two years I was on disability either...my diagnosis was simply called "illness"...

    Carla...I'm not saying all you need to get better is detox....restoring detoxification isnt enough to get well...not for me...or anyone else here. I'm saying you *must* be able to detox in order to become well.
