    Sandy, I agree with you that its bacteria, yeasts, parasites, virus or envirnomental factors which trigger the immune system to not distinguish between "self" and "non-self". Many researchers and scientists believe these pathogens/toxins are the the underlying cause of autoimmune disease. I'm not so sure that one autoimmune disease leads to another...

    Andrea...if a person has high levels of mercury yeast is *always* an issue. They go hand in hand. Higher levels of candida albicans are going to be present in anyone who has heavy metal toxicity.     Alison....you dont know how badly I want soup (especially chicken soup)!!! Its been unusually cold here and everyone at work is buying hot soup from the deli....with crackers of course. It looks and smells soooo good. Yeah...I'm broken and I could really use some chicken soup for healing.

    I dont eat fermented foods due to yeast and the fact that I'm highly reactive to those foods particularly. I'm glad the probiotics have helped you....it could be that you've got some candida overgrowth...(#1 cause of leaky gut). Maybe the probiotics are helping you keep in under control but when your immune system was a little weakened by the virus.....

    Hi Scott...I've taken lots of probiotics. I'm about to start taking them again. I dont have alot of stomach pain or anything like that. My main problem is candida...high toxicity....leaky gut...and heightened immune response to food and environment....and there is some evidence that I may have Lyme Disease.     MSG is completely gluten-free. As previously mentioned its a neurotoxin....everyone reacts to MSG at some level...whether they realize it or not. It can cross the blood brain barrier and may be linked to Alzheimers....same with Aspartame. They both are toxic to the body...similar to other toxins (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) they can have an accumulative affect...

    Yeah...I think the star ratings is just not needed here. Maybe Scott can disable that feature??     Claire....does he have an overgrowth of C.Diff?? Pretty much everyone has a small amount of C.Diff in their colon. Its one of the pathogenic bacteria that you dont want to let get out of hand.....cuz it can then become deadly. Usually people will get hit with C.Diff while hospitilized and on antibiotics. Its the same scenario as with candida....antibiotics...

    I had my appt. with Anna...it went good. When I got there she pulled out like 5 or 6 panels of food though. I dont think theres much else for me to do except foods...so I just went with it. I asked her if they can still re-sensitize if I dont eat any of the stuff I clear. She said that they could if my toxicity level goes up. So theres goes my plan...

He was talking to me about my Dr. not being as comfortable with antibiotics as the other LLMD (Dr. Greene) who works with him.
