    Yeah....supplements and more supplements! I think they kicked me to the curb because I couldnt tolerate any supplements and they just didnt know what else to do with me. My new Dr. is having the same problem but he understands what is causing it and I'm pretty sure he wont kick me to the curb. He doesnt try to give me any supplements right now...

    Yeah....its confusing but unfortunately thats the way it works. The body doesnt break down in a day...there are many factors piling up onto each other over time. Someone who takes a round of antibiotics and ends up chronically ill didnt just get that way from the antibiotics....there were things leading up to that. On the candida boards so many...

    Holy Cow...its not really very "gourmet" but all I really want is a sandwich.     Lauralee, I'll ask my Bioset lady next time I see her...I have appts. twice a week but I dont always see her.....there are two other practitioners there that help her.....so I dont always have my appts. with her.....unfortunately. I'll ask next time she does my treatment.

    Miamia, Thanks for the info about castor oil packs. Are they something you put on you?? Or something you have to take orally?? I'm pretty sure I'm sensitive to castor oil....like in lipstick and stuff so I wouldnt want to take it like that. Well...I could have the BioSET lady test me for it first.     BioSET is a method of electro dermal testing... Its really hard to explain but the testing seems really accurate and I have yet to hear from anyone saying that it *hasnt* helped them....so I'm trying it out.     Yeah...I did it a few years back. Its a bogus test....you can have anyone do the test and most of them will be positive. People have even tested their dogs and they are positive too! Well yeah....it could be yeast but then we ALL have yeast so it doesnt prove much. Yeast is a normal and necessary part of the flora so I dont think the spit test...

    Yeah...drink LOTS of water!!! And REST!! I'm serious about the water....it will help the body excrete those toxins...VERY important! If the herxing persists you may need to decrease your dose a bit. I got a major herx from Grapefruit seed extract for candida a long time ago. It was HEINOUS! If you had Celiac since childhood that could have been the cause of the high WBC count. It could have been due to the imflammation occurring in your gut and possibly other areas.     Donna...yeah we both did pretty bad on foods! Damn candida. You fared alot better on veggies though. I did very bad on veggies....no surprise though...I've been saying it since the beginning of this thread. My body HATES the "good" stuff. Heres the rest of mine...     I'm not sure if high WBC is something directly linked to leaky gut or not. I couldnt find anything to say that it is or isnt. The white blood cells are involved in the immune "attacks" on the various antigens passing through and into the bloodstream. I dont know if this could cause high WBC or not. As far as I know I have never had any abnormal...
