    Oh...for anyone who's interested. I've been on the Ketotifen 12 days now. I havent noticed anything changing yet but since I was told 1- 2 months at least I guess its still too soon. At least its not giving me side effects. I'm taking it about 4 times a day. I'm even taking it if I'm skipping a meal. I figure it cant hurt to always have it in my system...

    ChelsE, That really sucks about the olive oil!!! I react to olive oil sometimes....I wonder if those times I had bought stuff of lesser quality....maybe had some soy in it??     Its ok. I'm optimistic that in the next year or so I'll be eating alot of stuff I cant eat now. Maybe it will just be gluten and dairy I'll have to worry about. Maybe even just gluten!

    I havent mentioned the cysts in awhile so you havent missed much there....my appt. is coming up on the 13th.     It means that your gluten sensitivity has resulted in an autoimmune response that is now actively causing damage everytime you eat gluten. A positive tTG indicates damage is occurring and your malabsorption score is also representing that fact.

    I was losing a ton of hair before going gluten-free...I also had thyroid disease at the same time though. I remember counting hairs in the shower and it was well over 400.     I dont recall ever hearing or reading that DQ8 is rare without DQ2. I think lots of people here have DQ8 by itself.

    OK...just did a quick search cuz I'm only on my lunch break...I didnt find the sites I'd seen previously but found some results of various studies that were done.     Hi Floridian, Yeah....I was talking about the sweet potatoes. I guess I was right about them because every single day last week I had loose stools and ever since I stopped eating them the bm's are normal again. Stupid sweet potatoes.

    Mango, you have to tell me. What does a gluten-free pizza taste like anyways...does it taste like regular pizza....even close? I'm not too picky. Those little microwave tostino cheapy pizzas are good enough for me. I just wanna know so I can dream about it....something to look forward to.
