  2. Yes, you can give yourself "d" just from stress. It happens to my Mom all the time...whenever she gets stressed, anxious or worried she ends up having to run to the bathroom. I dont know if thats whats happenning to you....just letting you know that it can happen.
  3. Mango, Defintaely....you know your body better than anyone and if its telling you somethings not right with all these blisters and symptoms....well obviously somethings not right. Dont let them tell you you're wrong....if they wont listen go to a different dentist who will listen.
  4. I honestly dont know how constant its been because I used to be so messed up. My whole body was a wreck and I couldnt get out of bed or work or anything. I literally had pain everywhere so I cant pinpoint the ovary pain as being a constant thing. I know it was there though cuz I had written about in my journals. awww...I hope you feel better soon...
  5. Nevermind...it was only trying to trick me. It knew I typed that and so it decided to show me that it has not gone away.
  6. Mango...I dunno. I had posted on another thread (I think it was yours) that the anesthetic they used on me almost 4 years ago caused me to feel really weird and I was afraid of it after that but the dentist used lots of it on me again even though I asked him not to. I was more afraid of the anesthetic than of any pain I might feel w/out it. I didnt...
  7. No, my whole mouth doesnt feel swollen...I usually just feel a blister with my tongue or happen to see it in the mirror. There is no pain from the blisters. Sometimes the blister or the area where its located may feel a little sore from stuff rubbing against it or when the blister breaks and the skin is irritated. The blisters are very visible...usually they...
  8. YAY! I'm all caught up on the reading now. I got my meds in the mail today. I still havent decided when I'll start them though. I extended my vacation so that I dont have to go back to work until the 5th. I figured I'd take the holiday off too. Maybe about halfway through I'll start taking them and hopefully drowsiness wont be too bad cuz I dont want...
  9. Wow Floridian, I'm glad you found out about this! I bet you're gonna feel so much better now. I remember when I was losing tons of weight and I was crying in the doctors office...he told me to go home and eat bread. I told him bread makes me sick so he told me to get carnation instant breakfast and drink lots of it. OMG...that stuff killed me. I think...
  10. Thanks for the update Judy...and I hope you're doing better?? I havent heard anything? Is no news good news? I hope so. I would totally try this diet....why not....I've tried every other diet...thing is I dunno my bloodtype.
  11. I've never seen it in Whole Foods. I used to work at the Safeway in downtown Los Altos but in all the years I worked there I never went into Draegers which is on the same street. The other day I decided to check it out...I also went to Andronicos (same area). The only thing I found at Andronicos was the coconut butter....it was with all the jams and spreads...
  12. What??!! They were just there a few weeks ago. Oh well...I had to stop going there cuz they have all the yummy stuff that I cant eat anyways. Let me know when you find out about this other gluten-free store....what city is it in? Glad to hear about your foot...thats good news!
  13. Wow...I have so much catching up to do! I'm getting lost on my own thread. Nope...I dont eat them cuz I get a histimine reaction from them alot of the time....Sometimes I can eat them w/out a reaction but the majority of the time I react. I figure since its a major allergen I'll just steer clear till I can tolerate more things. ...
  14. I had all of the symptoms listed plus a whole lot more...I picked brainfog since it was one of my worst. For diagnosis I'm negative bloodwork, positive Enterolab. I had been on the diet 2 weeks before the bloodwork so it may have made a difference, may not have....I dont know for sure. I do know I felt decent those 2 weeks and after the test results...
  15. It can be used in baking, cooking, stirfrys, etc....and yes, it does have antifungal properties as well. Its suppossed to be good for you too.
  16. OMG...my mom is the same. She drives me crazy with this...when I first went off dairy but was still eating eggs she would always say "Why are you eating eggs if you're suppossed to be not having dairy?" I dont know how many times I've told her by now that eggs are poultry..not dairy. She thinks that they must be dairy since they came from the dairy dept....
  17. Mango, This is the suggestions it has on the jar add to fruit smoothies, homemade energy bars, sauces and salad dressings. Make a fruit/coconut sorbet. Mix with cacao nibs and agave; then freeze into cubes for a cold treat. Hmm...that sounds yummy. If you really like coconut you're gonna love this stuff.
  18. Actually my blisters rarely hurt at all. I wouldnt even know they were there at all if I didnt see them in the mirror or feel them with my tongue. Occasionally I'll get one that hurts a little but nothing really bothersome. Mine go away really fast...like a day or 2 at the most. So you've seen it? The only thing is the price...its $12.99 I...
  19. Armetta...I'm sad that you're not feeling better yet. I'll keep you in my thoughts....is this still from when you started getting reactions from corn? I might have missed something in the posts since then so just double checking. Andrea, Happy 7 months to your little cutie!!
  20. I'm doing better since taking out some problem foods (like the Edward & Sons crackers & dried fruit). I notice big improvements as far as swelling and inflammation. I'm not feeling as puffy in my face and hands. When I get puffy I lose color in my skin and look kind of pale but now I have color again. I think it makes a big difference w/out the swelling...
  21. Of course I'll keep updating. I was planning to start it as soon as I get it but now I'm not too sure. The pharmacist told me to start out only taking it before my evening meal so that I can see the effects. He said some people get very drowsy and others barely notice it but its not good to be driving and stuff like that until I see how I react. I...
  22. I only recently discovered my sensitivity to suphites....and that they are the main cause of my mouth blisters. I have really bad reactions to grapes, saurkraut, raisins, wine, dried coconut...etc. There was a time when I was eating LOTS of cabbage...for 2 weeks I ate cabbage and I got those same symptoms and blisters . I guess cabbage is a high sulfer food...
  23. I'm still here. I talked on the phone my whole lunch so I'll have to catch up on the posts later cuz now I gotta get my butt back to work.
  24. Jersey, Guess what....I went to the store tonight and I was just looking around and I saw a jar of coconut butter...I'd never seen this before. It's organic too! Only one ingredient organic raw coconut. OMG....it is soooo good. I probably ate too much like always but I didnt get the reaction I would normally get from other things with coconut in them. I...
  25. Hmmm...I'm wondering how you're doctor can be prescribing it since the paerwork I got said its not commercially available in the US??? I'm getting it from a compounding pharmacy so I believe they make the medication right there and they make it totally free of everything except the drug itself. Its specifically for highly sensitive people and from...
