  1. Paula, Ditto to all of this!! When you're feeling good the first thing you're doing is spending some quality time with the kids and with your hubby. Always up and participating in the fun activities that they enjoy. Even HEALTHY moms arent out there bike riding with their kids and watching all of the games. You're so proud of them and it...
  2. Yup...this is true too. Lisa if you were feeling bad all along its probably the mold...but if you're not noticing anything until your PMS'ing it might be more related to the hormonal imbalances. I'm sure mold could contribute to that as well. I think peanut butter is on every "avoid" list for every diet I'm on. Its high in mold, oxalate, salicylates...
  3. I never looked it up but I know I went through he** back then with my periods...my blood never looked normal and I dreaded the days leading up to my period. I remember that during and immediately after my period I would feel a little relief in symptoms but it didnt last long. Also my periods were only lasting a day or two. Since then I havent...
  4. I think if its consistently brown then it probably does mean that something isnt right. I know that during the two years that I was at my sickest my flow was very light and always brown (with a bad smell). It had never been that way until I got sick. Once I totally reduced my exposure to toxins and changed my diet eliminating mostly processed foods and...
  5. Happy Birthday Scott!
  6. Yes, it sounds like Celiac and since you did have positive bloodwork you do need to be on the gluten free diet. A negative biopsy does not rule out Celiac....its hit or miss. Damage can be "patchy" and easily missed...especially if only one or two samples are taken. The rash sounds like Dermatitis Herpetiformis (DH) which is associated with Celiac Disease...
  7. Well, if avoiding the foods keeps your eyes from turning black then it will be well worth it! I'm sure your mom would agree. I really hope this improves for you. I know you're not normally like that...I can tell from the times we've talked. I cant take the NutraMedix trace minerals or any other multi-mineral because of the copper. The only...
  8. Jin, I agree with Sherry. You need to kind of "break the cycle" so that you are not under such stress. I hope you can find a healthy balance if you continue to live with your parents. The nanny job sounds like it would be great for you.
  9. Awwww Lisa...I'm sorry. PMS is associated with high copper/estrogen levels. Too much copper rasises the estrogen levels and this can lead to severe PMS. When copper/zinc are out of balance the hormones can also become out of balance. High copper = high estrogen levels. Have you started taking a mineral supplement or some other supplement...
  10. I had my copper checked with a red blood cell (RBC) test and it was high. Chocolate is high in copper so if copper was already high it might make it worse. Did you start having worse PMS after you started having alot of chocolate?
  11. I'm someone who believes that pathogens have a strong link to the onset of autoimmune disease. Check these for a possible link between Candida Albicans and Celiac Disease. https://www.celiac.com/articles/695/1/Does-...ease/Page1.html Open Original Shared Link Personally, I feel that candida is a likely trigger. Its opportunistic and may overgrow...
  12. Check copper levels if PMS is really bad. Too much copper can cause that....reducing copper can improve the symptoms.
  13. Actually zonulin has been discussed here quite a bit. You can do a search and you'll find some good info./discussions.
  14. You would need to see Dr. W. or some other Dr. who's experienced with it. You shoudnt have to log onto the board to read the topics. Just go to the threads which discuss it and pretty much all questions regarding the machine have been answered....and there is still ongoing discussion. I think G has posted her email address and you can always email her any...
  15. Julie, its a machine that is being used in Germany to treat various conditions.....including Lyme Disease. Apparantly it has been very effective. Its an expensive machine but someone I know (who posts on LymeNet and is German) purchased her own. She went to Germany for a few weeks with her husband (who is still sick) to get treatments....now she's back in...
  16. Well beans and fritos would do me in *any* day of the month! Do you eat those regularly without any problems? A long time ago before I made any changes to my diet I had really horrible symptoms at that time of the month. Thankfully, those symptoms resolved when I cleaned up my diet. Now I find that I just get extra tired the day prior to my period...
  17. Nancy, I'm highly sensitive and I didnt feel that I would do well with Humaworm....mainly because it contains a bunch of herbs and I just dont tolerate that stuff. I was tested for alot of the herbs (ART) and nope....they are not good for me....huge stressors to my system. I would try Enula first. I used a few different Cowden antimicrobials without...
  18. Its the newest NutraMedix antimicrobial in the Cowden line-up. Open Original Shared Link
  19. Quick drive by.... I still havent gotten my OAT results back yet! I called earlier today and was told they were in...finally! She said Dr. S. hadnt seen them yet and from what she could tell the results didnt "say anything"...but she still wanted him to look at it first. So I took that as meaning that all was normal.....so yeah....ever since...
  20. If you started the diet prior to testing the results are not reliable.
  21. Yeah....they better get good insurance for their machine first! I think if you dont blow the whole thing up all by yourself...I can definately finish the job. Poor Biofeedback machine.
  22. Awesome Julie!! This is really good news.
  23. I'm still on 30 drops. I dont know for sure if it was the zeolite that gave me energy because I was eating different foods too. Sometimes when my diet is really restricted I have less energy so that once I start adding in new foods I get more energy.....even if the foods arent necessarily good for me. It kind of sucks because I definately benefit...
  24. Personally, I think we are all toxic as long as we're all living on the same toxic planet. I dont think a person can be found that doesnt test positive for all kinds of toxins...heavy metals, pesticides, dioxin, PCB's, etc. We're all exposed to it. Check out the amount of toxins found in the umbilical cords of newborn babaies in this study. Its shocking...
  25. I'm doing 30 drops a day. 10 drops 3x a day. I jumped right into it but you may want to NOT follow my lead and just ease your way into it.
