And get tested before going gluten free!!! I know others have said it, but I am in the position of having given up most gluten years ago when celiac never crossed my mind, and now am struggling to be taken seriously without a 'real' diagnosis. Hi, I would love some input. After 20+ years of symptoms you will all recognize, I finally realized I may have celiac disease. My problem is that I have been wheat free 9 years after doing Atkins and realizing how ill it made me (also gave up alcohol, coffee, tea and should give up sugar, corn). Hey, well I guess at least you know now. I am at the start of the journey too, biopsy 3 weeks time. I hope like me you find lots of support on these boards (I have a scientific background and should know there is mostly grey, but it doesn't stop it all driving me nuts)
