    Cadbury is a Hershey Product. Hershey has a history of non disclosure as to the source of their "natural flavors". Hershey products are NOT my shopping list.

    There has been VERY EXTENSIVE discussions regarding McD's Fries. Please do a search here for additional information. The CDF, GIG and CSA have issued statements that have declared the amount of detectable gluten in McD's fries to be rendered safe for Celiacs.     Some cheeses and yogurts are gluten free. Yoplait Yogurt and cheese in it's natural form is fine. (In the US)

    Celiac is classically diagnosed by flattening of the villi in the small intestines, scalloping and by biopsy. None of this can be viewed or sampled during a colonoscopy.     Thirst is a very common symptom of a gluten reaction. Chemical exposure might be something you may want to talk to your employer and your or quality control personnel... AND, a medical professional. Please be careful.

    Maltodextrin is the US is generally derived from corn. Any wheat would, by law, be required to be disclosed as "Maltdextrin (wheat)." It would be highly unusual to contain any other form of gluten.

    Kraft dips will clearly list any form of gluten. Good old Lipton Onion Dip that you make with Sour Cream and Lipton Onion Mix will work. (Other Lipton Dryed Mixes are NOT gluten free)
