    thanks diana. did you ask the dr to repeat the test? or did your dr recommend repeating the test 2 weeks later? how come you can't see the rest of my list of symptoms in my post?

    thanks nvsmom....i hadn't thought of it that way with the noodles being cooked and in the soup regardless of whether or not i had eaten the noodles or not. i definitely think i have some sort of gluten intolerance and some other intolerences as well. my stomach suffered for it today, i can tell you that much. so won't be eating anymore of those darn pb...

    ok great. thanks for the info. maybe it's just dry skin. it doesn't itch at all, but it is there. it is like little red dots.

    if you are feeling run down, is it not a good idea to get a dental cleaning and to get rid of a mercury filled cavity? i've been putting it off for the past two years b/c i'm worried it will run me down even more. not sure what to do.

    I take my papaya enzymes after a meal. I take probiotics on an empty stomach.

    does dh itch? i have a rash on the inner part of my arm by elbow but it doesn't itch. i put eucerin healing ointment on it and it seems to lighten it up a bit, but does not go away. will be seeing derm in a couple weeks.

    I plan on doing a detox cleanse from drnatura.com in hopes of it helping me. I did it once before in 2006 and felt great, but I'm not sure how my body will react to it this time around since I have been experiencing so many food sensitivities. I just hope it works out. Good luck on your juicing fast.

    ok so my bloodwork results came back and showed negative for celiac disease. but, i have not been eating any gluten for the past two weeks so that may be why it didn't show. i just couldn't bring myself to eat any of it for the test b/c it makes me feel horrible. yesterday i decided to eat one of my hubby's peanut butter granola bars and my stomach bloated...

    i haven't been officially diagnosed with celiac, in process of getting test results. but i do have this one spot on my back that itches and it is the same exact spot all the time and i have no rash either. it's unexplained. but then again i get hive breakouts if i do not take my zyrtec, but that one spot itches even if i do take my zyrtec. my hives were...

    thanks, i think that's great that they taste like beer but i do not think it's great that it is more yeasty than regular beer though. that may pose a problem also with the gut if too much yeast in my opinion. not sure how much truth that is to the yeast issue, but i guess i'm still trying to figure out what i am sensitive to, whether it be the gluten, wheat...

    k, so i went to the dr today and he said he was taking bloodwork to test for celiac. i forgot to ask him how accurate the bloodwork test is. i've read there's a chance it won't show up. how do you accurately get diagnosed if you have it then?

    Thanks so much for all that beneficial information!! I think I may have made myself intolerant b/c I was always eating whole grain and whole wheat products thinking it was healthy for me.     Thank you! I will definitely start to pay more attention now to how my body reacts to the different foods and try to eliminate the ones that are bothering me. Right now I've eliminated a lot of stuff to eat and keeping it very simple. I will try to do that for a month and then start to incorporate some other foods as a test and see what happens. I guess...
