    There are a couple of threads with Bob Evans restaurant and they are old so I hope it is ok to start a new one. I went to Bob Evans the other day with a friend, They have a Gluten free Menu I got eggs over easy, hash browns and bacon. Of course no bread.     I didn't read the label!! It was some off brand.... I assume it was that! Not sure where eles it came from. I will have to remember everything I ate today. Just amazing how stuff effects me so fast!!

    yea the cutting board thing!! I usually try an cut stuff on a plate. But sometimes I do cut on a stone. Is a clean soap stone ok if it is cleaned between times? I have always hated plastic cutting boards.

    I think I figured out the white tongue thing, thats just weird!! It is because of my Cpap machine!! I have the moisture content up on high! And I still will wake up with a dry mouth (very dry) and evidently Dry mouth , you get a white tongue. Or can get anyway!! It was so very very weird! Any hoo that I figured out!!     Your fine, yes I have just been dx'd with Celiac , This rash thing bothers me, well the rash doesn't hurt or really itch , but it is moving up on my back.(thats bothersome), But I am going out of town so I really cannot go see the doc till beginning of August, ..... It is not red or itchy, it is a lil raised I do itch it a lil .. I can feel it more than anything...

    Absolutely!! It is such a thing!! I believe anyway, altho I don't know what exactly it is. But I believe it is something people have and they just don't want to admit it!!!

    Smoked Chicken yummy!! We had shish ka bobs!! On the barbie it was very good!!     I ate 2 cookies yesterday , after the fact (because I am new to this) I was like "Ohhhh Noooo!! I ate cookies!!" I totally forgot about Celiac!! So today!! I had a very embarrassing moment!! Lucky for me I don't think anyone noticed! I did make it home to shower and do laundry! So NO MORE GLUTINIZED cookies for me!! That was horrid!! That familiar pain hurts...

What are you talking about?I am stressed because I have to run to the bathroom 10 times in an hr. not stressed and then having to go to the bathroom!! SO the next time I went to the Dr. By myself!
